Honestly nothing significant. If anything, I'd have been happy to see even more candidate profiles to compare, but the ones they sent were strong enough that it didn't matter in the end.

Definitely the service. Philip and the team were extremely responsive and proactive throughout the process. They lined up strong candidates quickly, helped screen them, coordinated the take-home exercise, and stayed very hands-on through onboarding. Their pricing was also very reasonable for the quality of support and candidates.

Nothing significant. The process moved quickly and the team was very responsive. When we needed to make a change, they were helpful and quickly brought us additional candidates.

I’d recommend being as clear as possible about the skills, experience, and working style you want in the person you’re hiring. The more specific you can be, the better the Hire Overseas team can screen for the right fit.

I really like that Hire Overseas has helped with all our communication, marketing material, and social media, handling everything like go-to-market tasks which our team does not have the bandwidth or specialty for. The quality of the candidates they've provided has been probably the best I've ever seen. The contractors there are very attentive, high-quality, and thorough. The founding team is very responsive to our needs and offers great customer service. It's just a pleasure working with them.

The pricing is a little bit on the higher side, but it's probably the value that you're getting. So I think, honestly, we're not too worried about pricing, but that's it, I guess.

For our needs, Hire Overseas was Better than Upwork and Somewhere because the process saved us a lot of screening time. We were specifically looking for strong AI video editing support, and in my experience they have the Best AI Video Editors we’ve worked with so far.

There was a little back-and-forth at the beginning while we clarified the exact role and workflow, but it was minor and probably helped make the final match stronger.
