While working as a consultant for a local company that was new to business (as was I), the company had already purchased a domain from another provider, with the credentials held by someone else. During this time, I needed to migrate the domain to my account, but I lacked the knowledge to transfer domains. Hiox's technical support provided comprehensive guidance throughout the migration process. I did not expect such exceptional support, and it greatly facilitated a smooth transition.
