What do you like best about Highspot?

I like the ease of use of Highspot and the customizations that make it look branded. The implementation team is absolutely amazing. They helped us from day one, working with each of our four owners individually because of our different roles and needs. The customizations allowed it to look like our own product using our coloring and branding, making it look very professional and polished. What do you dislike about Highspot?

What do you like best about Highspot?

What I like most about Highspot is how it brings everything our sales team needs into one place. Before, content was scattered across shared drives, emails, and random folders — reps would waste time hunting for the right deck or one-pager instead of actually selling.

With Highspot, the right content shows up at the right stage of the deal. The search is genuinely good — you type what you need and it finds it instantly, which sounds simple but makes a real difference when you're prepping for a call.

The buyer engagement tracking was something I didn't expect to find so useful. Knowing whether a prospect actually opened the content you sent, how long they spent on it, and which pages they focused on helps prioritize follow-ups in a much smarter way.

The training and coaching features are also solid — onboarding new reps has become faster because everything they need to learn is structured and accessible in one spot rather than pieced together from different sources.

What do you dislike about Highspot?

The main thing that took some getting used to is the initial content organization — when you first set it up, it takes a fair amount of thought and planning to structure everything in a way that actually makes sense for your team. If that groundwork isn't done well upfront, it can get messy quickly.

The admin side also has a bit of a learning curve. Making changes to content governance or permissions isn't always intuitive and sometimes requires more clicks than it should.

It acts as both a content management system and a learning management system, where everything can live in one place. It's also very helpful for new hires to find information. I think the learning management system could definitely be improved. It is a little bit outdated and not as user-friendly to actually build content. The initial setup was not super easy. I like that Highspot allows for digestible, easy-to-engage-with content for onboarding and keeps the organization up to date on new sales processes and positioning. The robust library is referenceable, which I find quite useful. I also appreciate how Highspot allows managers to see who has completed trainings, driving accountability.
