HighCircl Kft. Reviews & Provider Details

HighCircl is a specialized IT staffing agency headquartered in Europe, built by engineers for startups and digital product teams. Founded to eliminate the inefficiencies of traditional recruitment, we focus exclusively on Senior+ engineering roles and fractional tech leadership. Our lean, expert team sources talent across 7+ European countries, operating within CET/GMT time zones to ensure real-time collaboration and full EU regulatory compliance. Our core capability is speed without compromise. Using our proprietary shortlist method, clients receive pre-vetted expert candidates in under 3 days. Every candidate passes a 4-step engineer-to-engineer vetting process - evaluated not just by HR, but by engineers who understand the actual work. We cover the full tech stack: - mobile (iOS, Android, React Native, KMP), - backend and full-stack (Node.js, Python, Go, Java, Kotlin, Ruby on Rails), - frontend and cloud (React, Next.js, Vue, Angular, AWS/GCP/Azure), and - strategic leadership through fractional CTOs and tech leads. HighCircl clients typically reduce hiring and development costs by up to 40% annually — with no traditional recruitment fees and no months-long searches. We work exclusively with the top 10% of engineering talent, giving product teams the technical certainty they need to move fast and build confidently.
