Hello Sniff is modern operations software for dog daycare and boarding businesses, built to replace outdated, expensive systems that charge extra for basics. It runs the full front desk: online booking with capacity rules, dog and family records, vaccination tracking, billing and invoicing, and two-way messaging with pet parents. Families get a clean portal where they can book, upload vet documents, and keep payment cards current. Vaccination safety is handled the way operators actually want: documents can be read automatically, but a staff member verifies every extracted record before it clears a dog for booking. Software proposes; your team decides. Original vet paperwork stays attached to every record. Switching systems is included, not an add-on. Hello Sniff migrates families, dogs, vaccination records and documents, booking history, and invoices from your current platform, then gives you a validation report with record counts and exceptions to review before going live. Pricing is flat and honest: Starter at $59 per month and Pro at $89 per month, both with unlimited active dogs and unlimited staff. No per-feature upsells for the basics. Hello Sniff was founded by two dog owners in Grass Valley, California, after hearing the same complaint from daycare owners everywhere: the software felt stuck a decade in the past.
