## About HelioTest
HelioTest is a capacity testing software for solar PV projects. It replaces the spreadsheets and ad-hoc scripts most engineering teams still use to run ASTM E2848 capacity tests and contractual availability tests, with a guided workflow that takes you from raw measured data to a stakeholder-ready PDF report in one session. Set up your site once (PV parameters, array orientations, sensor layout), upload measured data as CSV or pull it directly from SolarEdge and AlsoEnergy, and HelioTest applies the ASTM E2848 filtering and regression automatically. Every test run records the inputs, filters and site geometry used, so results are reproducible and defensible in front of lenders, offtakers and independent engineers. Built for real-world sites: supports bifacial modules, multiple array orientations, and sites where only GHI irradiance sensors are available. Availability tests run alongside capacity tests in the same workflow. HelioTest is used by EPCs, asset owners, owner's engineers and independent consultants who need repeatable, documented performance tests without the cost of a one-off consulting engagement.
