What do you like best about HCL Clara?

Without having to learn any unique commands, HCL clara schedule it's reconciliation process automatically, he need to have only a conversation with HCL clara, the rest it will handle.

It is integrated with many other softwares like when I have schedule a meeting with my clients, I just have to add it to CC rest it will do from scheduling to sending the notification for the meeting.

What do you dislike about HCL Clara?

We have experienced that it sometimes slow down to while responding to complex targets also, it is not always up-to date, this should be improved as currently these drawbacks limits it's Frequency of use.

Since it is dependent on the machine learning to operate, it takes some time for it to learn and comprehend complex queries that sometimes make our team waiting and thus it consumes time and is very frustating.

It is very customizable as it meet my needs , like I am able to choose the language and dialect that it uses.
