**What do you like best about HCL Clara?**

Without having to learn any unique commands, HCL clara schedule it's reconciliation process automatically, he need to have only a conversation with HCL clara, the rest it will handle.
It is integrated with many other softwares like when I have schedule a meeting with my clients, I just have to add it to CC rest it will do from scheduling to sending the notification for the meeting.
We as an Hedge fund implement Hcl clara quickly and easily by connecting it to its trading platform.

**What do you dislike about HCL Clara?**

We have experienced that it sometimes slow down to while responding to complex targets also, it is not always up-to date, this should be improved as currently these drawbacks limits it's Frequency of use.

Also the customer support is not that much responsive as promised by company, they are not enough knowledgeable about the product also support documentation is not always clear and concise.

**What problems is HCL Clara solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For me it automate many of the manual task like interview scheduling, meeting scheduling, real time Monitoring, compliance reporting etc.
It improves our accuracy in work by providing guidance and recommendations.

It comply with our financial regulations so that it can generate reports to avoid costly fines and penalties which can be due if not notified.

**What do you like best about HCL Clara?**

We have incorporated it with SLACK. With the help of natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning, it improves customer experience of HCL workload automation. It can comprehend human input, respond to questions by a vast specialised knowledge base. and allow direct communication. The Automation troubleshooting assists us so we can quickly response to the task.

**What do you dislike about HCL Clara?**

Since it is dependent on the machine learning to operate, it takes some time for it to learn and comprehend complex queries that sometimes make our team waiting and thus it consumes time and is very frustating.
Also there are limited customization is comparison to other platforms , so these should be improved.

**What problems is HCL Clara solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With the Workload automation we are able to more than half an hour perday.
By using HCL clara's knowledge base to troubleshoot an issue, saves a lot of time in comparison when done manually.
It lowers the risk of human error by providing centralised information repository. With it conversational interface and knowledge base , it aid in reducing  the complexity of HCL workload automation.

**What do you like best about HCL Clara?**

We use HCL clara  for communication purpose for  our clients and our feedback to development teams and also with thee different cleints globally.
 It offers a reliable solution with a wide range of features to meet various needs or the organisations.
Traditional way of scheduling the meeting it over, with HCL Clara we have  just send mail to the client keeping Clara in cc , rest everything it will do.
Due to its emphasis on analystics, collaboration , security and scalability it is a great resource for the long term growth.
Tools for real time communication ,document sharing , and integrated project managment boost ouput and encourage creativity.

**What do you dislike about HCL Clara?**

Limited customization, inaccurate resposed for various complex queries, are the few drawbacks where improvment is must needed, also it should be upgraded as it has limited source of knowledge.

**What problems is HCL Clara solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It reduces our efforts of answering various doubts raised during the feedback process of testing.
Many of the manual tasks related to WLA are automated by Clara so that we can concentrate of other projects.Cost or hiring and educating or giving training is saved. HCL clara can assist businesses in increasing the accuracy of their WLA operations.

**What do you like best about HCL Clara?**

We use Clara while setuping the CHAT interview and meeting with other team members, it saves our time by scheduling meeting just we have to add Clara in cc on our mail.It is a intelligent virtual assistant from HCl software, it can comprehend user imput and respond according to the comprehensive best of the specific knowledge. We as a user can communicate or use the other HCL software in our own natural langauge through clara.

**What do you dislike about HCL Clara?**

We have experience certain problems like HCL clara is not always accurate as some of the complex queries are outside it knowledge base this needs to be upgraded. In comparison to  Google Dialogflow, Clara has limited customization.

**What problems is HCL Clara solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It hels us in various ways like it provide personized human like experience. It reduces our customer care efforts by reducing their most of the FAQ  calls. It  facilitates sematics search within documentation so that the response time could be increase.
It Search through various dates and past history so that it can provide information efficiently.

**What do you like best about HCL Clara?**

We have automated certain repetitive tasks like queries from the customers and replying over the mails
It is very customizable as it meet my needs , like I am able to choose the language and dialect that it uses.
Also the feature i loved the most is that it easily schedules my meeting just by adding it in my mail id.

**What do you dislike about HCL Clara?**

Initial use and set was quite challenging for us , as we were not so familiar with the chatbots.
Rest everything seems fine till now.

By automating the repetitive tasks , I am able to manage my work and give more productivity toward my organisation.Also  It helps me in providing new ideas and suggestions , helps in various task like generating text, poems code etc. this all reduces my manual efforts.

No code platform and easy to use and build bots as low code pltform and easy understand the pltform and work.

As of now nothing. But I think the integrations with channel for third-party platform is not safe at all.

2. Sometimes, it takes too much time to respond 
3. It does not execute voice commands properly, I don't maybe it's a problem with the voice
