Ever since covid hit, we’ve shifted to a remote-first work model and we aim to be a remote & async team. Hatica has been great in helping automate our stand-up meetings and also by providing insights about our communication practices. My aim was to increase the availability of deep work & focus time for my team and reduce the tendency to stay “available” at all times.
