We need to do a lot of homework to make Hactica work for you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hatica has been a great partner and has worked with us every step of the way. Getting set up was easy, and we saw value from the solution immediately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are some metrics that we don't particularly care about, but it is easy to focus only on the things that make sense for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It has become a single access place to analyze the productivity and efficiency of all the developers across platforms. I was able to cut down on the meeting times leading to improved efficiency, thanks to Hatica. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Probably better insights on a sprint basis would be more helpful to analyze the gaps in the planning aspects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really wanted to optimize my team’s cycle time metric but was kind of working in the dark. We tried Hatica reports and we were able to identify issues and lags in our pick-up times. Our cycle time is now consistently meeting our benchmark goals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The UI is good......But can be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Running lean teams comes with tight deadlines and overwork. We started using activity log dashboards and cycle time dashboards. These helped us look at work allocation in a better way and saw that there were imbalances. Fixing those helped us move onto how long we spend on development and deployment. Since they are an evolving platform, there can be a few unpolished edges here and there Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Having visibility into who’s getting blocked in their PRs is crucial for us. This combined with productivity metrics like code churn gave us the insights that we never knew we needed. Combined with Project metrics around planning accuracy helped us plan better and saw a big dip in spill over tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They cover the most used tools, but Azure DevOps boards are still WIP. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's simple to use and the built-in dashboards are generally helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some configuration needs to be handled by talking to customer solutions (i.e. removing users). It would be better to see the underlying source data that's pulled from issue tracking (i.e. GH) to build trust in the analytics Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Great product at a reasonable price. Developer analytics products have been so expensive and was a hinderance to adopt. Hatica software has been able to give everything and more at a price I could get easy approval for. Product is very useful to track end-to-end workflows and pave the path to engineering excellence Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

No public roadmap so we don’t know what's coming up or the timeline about the features them mentioned. I understand that features can take time but giving us a rough timeline would help us plan adoption. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The speed of releases - we have seen 3 major features release within 3 weeks, all while helping us adopt Jira dashboards. The dashboards helped us find where to implement a better Jira process and proceed with that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The colour schemes are different across different dashboards, and some colours are used in the wrong methods - this led to some confusion Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Love that there is finally a product that does DORA with direct CI/CD integrations - was so easy to setup and get deeper insights into DevOps performance. Only having top level metrics for DORA has been an issue we faced with their products and inaccuracy since they depended on only JIRA data. But with deeper and more accurate insights with Hatica we have been able to make DORA metrics useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I dislike that their email reports are lacking. I cannot get charts in my email, it only sends metric values. I cannot edit schedule to send it to me on Friday. Only option to send is on Mondays. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
