Having visibility into who’s getting blocked in their PRs is crucial for us. This combined with productivity metrics like code churn gave us the insights that we never knew we needed. Great product at a reasonable price. Developer analytics products have been so expensive and was a hinderance to adopt. Hatica software has been able to give everything and more at a price I could get easy approval for. The speed of releases - we have seen 3 major features release within 3 weeks, all while helping us adopt Jira dashboards. The dashboards helped us find where to implement a better Jira process and proceed with that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The colour schemes are different across different dashboards, and some colours are used in the wrong methods - this led to some confusion Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Love that there is finally a product that does DORA with direct CI/CD integrations - was so easy to setup and get deeper insights into DevOps performance. Only having top level metrics for DORA has been an issue we faced wiith their products and inaccuracy since they depended on only JIRA data. I dislike that their email reports are lacking. I cannot get charts in my email, it only sends metric values. I cannot edit schedule to send it to me on Friday. Only option to send is on Mondays. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
