We use Hatica to balance project workload and code reviews requests, get visibility into team progress, identify bottlenecks and run syncups/retrospectives. Great product with awesome support. **What do you dislike about Hatica?** CI/CD performance analytics are missing which I think are essential when we are talking bout dev productivity **What problems is Hatica solving and how is that benefiting you?** dev productivity. Im feeling a lot more confident about meeting release deadlines because Im able to understand our metrics better and also the activity log helps to identify team’s work patterns which I can use to optimise delivery speed. **What do you dislike about Hatica?** Cannot view work snapshots at 2 week sprint level. Hatica has been great in helping automate our stand-up meetings and also by providing insights about our communication practices. The founder elaborated on how we could use the meeting stats in our meetings to promote better async work and also help prevent burnout. We’ve seen great productivity week after week using these tips **What do you dislike about Hatica?** Some dashboards were initially harder to figure out without guidance from Hatica support but the founder was always readily available to walk us through the dashboards. **What problems is Hatica solving and how is that benefiting you?** More productive meetings Team health ### 6. We use the DORA metrics dashboard a lot and its been super useful in making our release quality better. **What do you dislike about Hatica?** I would suggest that they start building community support and documentation to help users self-navigate the platform. Right now, I had a helpful onboarding call but I also like having resources to access on-demand. **What problems is Hatica solving and how is that benefiting you?** Better devops so able to delivery better quality ### 7. Absolutely enjoy the daily and weekly work snapshots that give insights into our team’s progress. It helped us visualize where our efforts have yielded results and prompted areas where we have to align better. **What do you dislike about Hatica?** I’d like a little more autonomy while using the platform - for example, I’d like to filter metrics by branches - something that I can’t do yet.
