After the withdrawal request, it stuck on "Under progress" forever. They keep your funds and you will only lose money. Chat is completely useless, doesn't matter if you connect to Sales or Support Specialist, they are unable to say anything - asking you to send an email to sales and you can wait for a reply forever. They will reply only if you are interested in "investing" more money. Check other reviews on the Internet if you are still hesitating. **Recommendations to others considering Hashgains:** My mistake before purchasing a contract with Hashgains was that I haven't checked reviews on the Internet. There are hundreds of negative reviews with the same problem I've got. All panel looks nice and easy to use but don't trust this, it is just a professional scam. They even got a customer telephone line that takes you nowhere. **What problems is Hashgains solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problem is with payouts, they don't send you earned crypto, keep it for themselves and also don't refund any invested money. GPUs cost a fortune because of the competition from other minors, so cloud mining is the best way to go about it for me. Hashgains offers a plethora of different coins to mine, and does so at very reasonable prices. There is lots of combustibility with the amount of hash power you want, and the hashpower is guaranteed for 2 years Their live chat is great for any quick queries or concerns you may have **What do you dislike about Hashgains?** I noticed in other reviews that HashGains is sketchy. In my experience, they haven't done anything worthy of calling them sketchy. In the 6 months of use I've received every payment, on time, without any issue. Support have answered my queries promptly and even during the recent lows they haven't backed out of any issues. My only issue is the lack of reliable reviews. There are tonnes of 1* reviews elsewhere for people pawning off their referral link, and then to counteract that there are seemingly doctored reviews in broken English saying hashgains is gods gift to mankind. This sort of thing is concerning, but not a dealbreaker, nor does it affect general use of the product. **Recommendations to others considering Hashgains:** Don't take what you read in reviews as a given, as on other websites they are a little off, so tread carefully. **What problems is Hashgains solving and how is that benefiting you?** Hashgains allows me to generate a reliable flow of cryptocurrency, so that instead of refunding buyers in their coin of choice and having to buy that coin for the occasion, I can just dip into my hashgains pool instead. ### 3.
