Not ready for real business, it is useless **Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Management Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2021 **What do you like best about Harmonizely?** The concept is great allowing others to find the best meeting time that works for both of you. **What do you dislike about Harmonizely?** In order to use Harmonizely, I am forced to keep two calendars, one that it supports and my regular one that is in Microsoft Outlook (the program) that is connected to a Microsoft exchange server. Since it has no support for Outlook connected an Exchange server I have to do double the work to keep things in sync. I often wonder if another tool might be better. **Recommendations to others considering Harmonizely:** I would recommend looking for a better solution than this product. **What problems is Harmonizely solving and how is that benefiting you?** Harmonizely made it simpler for people to book meetings and that helped get more meetings. ### 2. It would be nice to set up a templatized workflow to set up meeting types or modify how each meeting type books a meeting in a way that involves fewer clicks. **What problems is Harmonizely solving and how is that benefiting you?** Harmonizely is the only scheduling tool we could find that supported CalDAV, which my IT Admin needs for his calendars. I have seen ZERO issues with Outlook or GMail integration as well. Support is very responsive, and quick, continuous improvements seem to be the norm! ### 4. The workflow to book a meeting could be improved with fewer clicks. **Recommendations to others considering Harmonizely:** Save time trying to book meetings and use this for any type of meeting you need to have. **What problems is Harmonizely solving and how is that benefiting you?** Previously, we would do a lot of back-and-forth over email to book meetings. Now we can book meetings and even add a payment processor for coaching sessions. ### 5. Having multiple event/meeting types is a fantastic feature. **What do you dislike about Harmonizely?** No way to synch multiple calendars for assignment to different meeting types. Very buggy. Changes will sometimes not be saved. The support is absolutely non existent. This is a major problem and should be addressed. **Recommendations to others considering Harmonizely:** Have a list of questions prepared for the kind of features you are after and query their support before you commit. **What problems is Harmonizely solving and how is that benefiting you?** Switching over from Calendly, which has been a goal for awhile. If they manage to fix their support issue, then I would say the switch is worthwhile. Otherwise, this software may actually pose more problems than benefits. ### 6. The Dashboard has everything very organized and easy to find. Setting up meetings can be done with a few simple clicks and can also be edited easily after as well in case something changes. If you are working with international clients you can modify the timezone as well. The interval option also allows you to build in breaks into your schedule. **What do you dislike about Harmonizely?** Some features are not as fully developed as I would like, but I believe in the next few months this application will be up to par with my expectations. **What problems is Harmonizely solving and how is that benefiting you?** As we explore new scheduling software, we are realizing that Harmonizely gives us more customization tools for sending out invites opposed to the Microsoft Outlook calendar. ### 7. And I really enjoy Harmonizely interface - it makes using it more comfortable and pleasant :) ### 8. It is really really good. **Recommendations to others considering Harmonizely:** It automatically synchronizes with my calendar and removes the need to have a paper planner on my desk. **What problems is Harmonizely solving and how is that benefiting you?** I've been using Harmonizely for a few months and I like it a lot. It works smoothly, sends reminders and makes it easy for my colleague to pick up where I stopped in case I am on a sick leave or vacation. ### 10.
