Harmoney Compliance Reviews & Product Details

Harmoney is the compliance orchestrator banks, insurers, asset managers and other regulated institutions use to run KYC, KYB, AML, UBO screening and ESG profiling on one platform, instead of stitching together five different tools. Twenty-four configurable modules cover the full counterparty lifecycle: onboarding, screening, risk scoring, continuous monitoring and offboarding. Activate what you need now, add modules as requirements grow. No re-platforming required. Every workflow configures to your existing risk rules and process, not the other way round. Every action on a case logs the exact rule that triggered it, so when an auditor asks why a decision was made, the answer is already there. Providers for screening, identity verification and business registries connect through Harmoney rather than being built into it. Switch providers by configuration, not by re-integration. Built for AMLR readiness, and whatever comes after it. Available in 28 languages, covering interface, e-mails, PDF output and default lists. ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified. Trusted by Belfius, Swiss Life, AG Insurance, Baloise, Ayvens and AG2R La Mondiale. Winner, McKinsey Startup Challenge 2025. Named in RegTech100 2026. Shortlisted, RegTech of the Year, UK FinTech Awards 2026.
