Hardyproof Reviews & Product Details

Hardyproof gives independent handymen and small trade businesses one link that runs the front office. Customers tap the link, pick the job, describe it and add photos. No app or account needed. The request lands in your inbox with its own ticket number. Text back a price in one tap, or send a proposal with the scope of work, materials, cost, deposit and photos that a customer accepts online by typing their name. Schedule the job and it goes to your Google, iPhone or Outlook calendar. When the work is done, send an invoice with pay buttons for Venmo, Cash App and PayPal, plus Zelle, ApplePay, cash or check. Hardyproof never touches the money, so there are no card fees from us. Everything works in English and Spanish. Plans start at $19/month after a free 30-day trail, and the Free plan includes one free proposal per month, forever.
