Happily.ai seems like a playful tool at the surface, but I am really impressed by the scientific base and research-based recommendations, collection of data, and insight generation based on multiple interaction and input nodes. I value the collective summary of all interaction and what this means for how the organization is thinking; this is not possible without such a data-based app. Happily.ai matched our needs the best compared to other applications. It is not expensive compared to the huge value it brings and the wealth of functions it offers. I found the initial setup straightforward, and our HR team found the Happily.ai team very helpful and approachable; any troubleshooting was provided instantly. I highly appreciate the good customer service and close support. I absolutely recommend it and would consider expanding it across more countries in our corporation. I find that Happily.ai requires a lot of interaction and daily attention, which can be overwhelming at times for part of the organization, especially managers with large teams. On the other hand - the more interaction the managers do within the app, the better in touch they become with their teams and can use this as a powerful steering tool.
