Hank Reviews & Product Details

Hank is AI phone system software designed for restoration companies that handles incoming calls around the clock. The system answers calls, qualifies leads, and books jobs while using a natural-sounding voice that mimics an experienced office manager. Hank integrates with CRM platforms and automatically creates job entries after calls end, which eliminates manual data entry. The software filters out telemarketing and automated calls so [redacted], captures claim details, and routes them to the appropriate team member. Hank provides email notifications, searchable transcripts, and call summaries for each interaction. The software can operate continuously or function as an overflow solution that activates after a set number of unanswered rings. Hank specializes in restoration industry terminology and workflows.
