Habitat Ledger Reviews & Product Details

Habitat Ledger is record-keeping software for Texas landowners, ranch operations and wildlife consultants who manage land under a 1-d-1 agricultural or wildlife management tax valuation. Users log grazing, hay and wildlife management practices from the field on their phone, scan feed, fencing and contractor receipts, and print the records their county appraisal district asks for, including the Wildlife Management Annual Report (PWD-888) or an ag proof packet. It tracks county report deadlines with reminders, totals expenses by property and practice, produces a year-end expense summary for the tax preparer, and exports expenses to QuickBooks. The Consultant plan lets wildlife consultants manage all their clients in one dashboard, log work for them and print every annual report at once under their own business name. Plans: Free, Landowner ($149/year), Landowner Plus ($249/year, up to 3 properties) and Consultant (from $99/month), each with a 30-day free trial.
