In terms of setup, ordering, and transmission of orders to the kitchen display, the approach based on the API is very easy. **What do you dislike about Gula?** The area in which Gula is most deficient is the personalization when it comes to the online ordering application. Obviously the platform does not offer much freedom when it comes to customization. **What problems is Gula solving and how is that benefiting you?** Gula himself solved for us the problem of having individual accounts for ordering, which gave us numerous hours of work and stress. It has been linked to our POS to check order accuracy and hasten order fulfillment. ### 2. Modifying the menu items can be time-consuming and limited, especially for large or frequently updating establishments. **What problems is Gula solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have to say that the option of ordering food online was made so much easier with the help of Gula. It has been quite helpful to me by providing all in one solution for my work. This gives me time to tackle other segment of operating my restaurant. ### 3.
