## About Grondia
Grondia is the operating system for campgrounds. Bookings, reception, point of sale, payments and the equipment on site run in one platform, so operators stop stitching together four systems and a spreadsheet. Guests book on a live pitch map and pay before arrival. Reception handles check-in, long-stay guests and invoicing in the same place. Guest registration and tourist tax are filed automatically. The shop till, barriers, EV chargers, electricity and water meters and digital locks all feed the same guest bill. What makes it different AI that does the repetitive work. It answers guest calls in any language and turns email enquiries into reservations, so nobody retypes anything. Payments included, not bolted on. Card and local payment methods run through Grondia, with no commission per booking. One view across several sites. Groups see revenue, occupancy and free pitches per site and for the whole group, compared to last year. Fiscal compliance built in for every country Grondia operates in, so a site is ready for its local rules on day one. A campsite website that takes bookings directly, included.
