What do you like best about Grip Events?

The onboarding and sales experience has been second to none, and 1 year down the line, we're still loving the support and help from our account manager, and wider technical teams. Integrations have been a huge plus for us, and using the new native integrations manager has been simple and saved us heaps of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Grip Events?

I haven't got anything particularly negative to write, I guess with event apps, you are buying into an ecosystem that is quite generic and most providers offer almost identical services, but the friendly team and competitive pricing and holistic approach led us to choose grip. What do you like best about Grip Events?

AI-powered recommendations, easy to use platform for both users and organisers, meeting requests and chat, meeting locations limited seating, personal agenda, branding options, desktop and mobile versions, integration with event website for exhibitors and programme, integration with event registration system for users data, customer support team. What do you dislike about Grip Events?

It would be nice to be able to add pages with additional content, to have more options to edit automated and campaign emails, as well as other messages in the platform (eg login, onboarding), and to have more flexibility on branding elements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
