## GoRetro Reviews
  ### 1. Great retro tool. Easy to use and the team loves it.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brent J. | Director of Product Management, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 28, 2022

**What do you like best about GoRetro?**

A few things. GoRetro is really easy to start using so there's very little implementing/training time. It's also free, so that makes it a no-brainer for us.

**What do you dislike about GoRetro?**

Nothing really. We use it for our retros and project postmortems. It's quite straightforward.

**What problems is GoRetro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For retros, it helps us have good/meaningful conversations about how our sprints went. For post mortems, it helps larger teams get together to see what when well and what we can do differently/better on the next project.

  ### 2. Excellent Retro Board

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Barrie K. | Agile Delivery Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2022

**What do you like best about GoRetro?**

My team and I were looking for a new tool after trying various other tools.
This one is one of the most feature rich yet!

**What do you dislike about GoRetro?**

Its in its infancy so could be enhanced a lot which is on their radar

**Recommendations to others considering GoRetro:**

Try it :-)

**What problems is GoRetro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting the team talking, its a a really good tool to achieve that. The action part of the application is the teams favourite as we can revisit in each retro. Once Jira integration is available this will be the best retro tool I have used in the last two years of distributed retrospectives

  ### 3. Remote retrospectives done right

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt G. | Agile Delivery Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 09, 2022

**What do you like best about GoRetro?**

Easy to use, good templates and analytics. The sprint summary looks very promising giving more insight than some Jira reports.

**What do you dislike about GoRetro?**

Minor bugs as it's still in development.

**Recommendations to others considering GoRetro:**

Good tool, give it a go if you are using Scrum

**What problems is GoRetro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Running retrospectives remotely has always been a challenge but good tools are making our lives much easier.

  ### 4. Easy and dev oriented!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Broadcast Media | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2022

**What do you like best about GoRetro?**

I like how easy was to set up a team and start to use it. The idea of divided teams and boards and still having a public one is great. Inside the retroboards, everything is clear and clean. The retro controls options are a handful and practical way to play with a retrospective.

**What do you dislike about GoRetro?**

The team happiness index could be better explored and it maybe could be merged with a close retrospective session.

**What problems is GoRetro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having a unique app to run the retrospective across teams in a company with the right sets of controls and management.

  ### 5. Great fast response

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2022

**What do you like best about GoRetro?**

GoRetro is quite engaged with their users and responsive to user requests which means their products keep improving. I was able to report a bug and get a fix rolled out to production in less than 2 weeks.

**What do you dislike about GoRetro?**

Still some minor bugs which aren't critical.

**What problems is GoRetro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A quick and simple way to facilitate online retros

  ### 6. Easy and color coded

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aswini V. | Software Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2022

**What do you like best about GoRetro?**

It has various sections and we can however many cards you want. We can also add comments to the cards and move them across the sections. It was easy to share with my team.

**What do you dislike about GoRetro?**

I felt moving around the card is a bit rusty. I was only able to move a card from one section to another section only to the last position and they drag it up to where I wanted.

**Recommendations to others considering GoRetro:**

Easy to use and should give it a try

**What problems is GoRetro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were having to do retro for our team and this was beneficial to organize and note down points quickly for future action items. I think the team enjoyed it and will likely use it in the future.

**Official Response from Yaakov Carno:**

> Hi Aswini,

Thank you for taking the time to leave us this insightful review!

Happy to hear that you and your team enjoyed your retro. We are working on improving the flow of creating and moving cards and we hope that it will help you run your meetings more smoothly.

I'll keep you posted for further updates. Stay tuned! :)

  ### 7. Go to Tool for retro activities

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 02, 2022

**What do you like best about GoRetro?**

We explored some of the tools available in the market and finally, we ended up with the GoRetro tool.
It is a go-to tool for retro activities as it has a friendly interface and is easy to use with less click action from users. Everything is organized properly with modern UI touch.

**What do you dislike about GoRetro?**

The export option for Action Items is missing.
After Grouping Cards, giving the title name of a group is missing.
Email option for sending action points to the concerned person.

**What problems is GoRetro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

To improve productivity, we always need to learn from our mistakes and this tool helps us to capture action points and track them in the future thereby increasing productivity over some time.

  ### 8. Great platform for modern DevOps teams

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 12, 2022

**What do you like best about GoRetro?**

Cute, sweet easy to made cards in meeting

**What do you dislike about GoRetro?**

Non-functionality of the like icon in cards

**Recommendations to others considering GoRetro:**

Please make the voting on the cards more flexible and user friendly

**What problems is GoRetro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps to reflect easily on the 4 L principle and helps DevOps teams to be better prepared for future planning and organization.

  ### 9. Goretro is a great tool for Sprint Retros!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** MONIQUE M. | SAFe Scrum Master, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 19, 2022

**What do you like best about GoRetro?**

I use it for my teams and it is super user friendly. I love the ability to download that Sprint's retro into a pdf to send to the team. It is FREE as well which is awesome. We used to used an excel spreadsheet but this is so much better.

**What do you dislike about GoRetro?**

There really is nothing that i have seen that isn't great. I have no issues with Goretro.

**What problems is GoRetro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to add and change up the card titles and their placement is awesome. The ability to hide who posted allows for anonymity which the teams like a lot.

**Official Response from Astar Rigler:**

> Hi Monique,
We are grateful that you took the time to write this awesome review, but for also sharing practices that work for you!
Exporting the sprint retro and sharing with the team is great for continued improvement, and the cards flexibility and option for anonymity definitely encourage the team to share candid feedback.
Sounds like your are leading some awesome scrum meetings 👌

Thanks for choosing GoRetro!

  ### 10. Excellent free tool for running agile retrospectives

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 03, 2022

**What do you like best about GoRetro?**

GoRetro makes it easy to run a simple and consistent retro following each sprint (with both premade templates + the ability to clone a past retro board.) The UI is clean and effective, and there are lots of options to customize the board (i.e. hide cards while participants are making additions to the board to minimize bias; hide authors; etc). Team management comes in handy to separate boards between multiple squads. Support is super friendly and responsive.

**What do you dislike about GoRetro?**

Not a dislike - but there's room to improve the utility of the team happiness index, perhaps by providing some guidance on best practices for when to have participants submit their rating, or by supporting the addition of a brief comment highlighting the reason for the participant's rating. I've found that people tend to interpret this rating through different lenses (i.e. some people focus on their personal performance rather than team efficacy) so it would be useful to have context on those ratings.

**What problems is GoRetro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GoRetro enables us to evaluate team efficacy within each sprint, celebrate wins, and identify areas of improvement with clear action items. It can be credited for surfacing the action items that have led to the refinement of many of our team processes, and has also been a great addition for team morale by encouraging team members to give kudos and recognize key achievements.

  ### 11. Help a lot with Virtual Retro

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leah O. | Project Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2022

**What do you like best about GoRetro?**

You can help ensure everyone is participating

**What do you dislike about GoRetro?**

Initial setup/login may be confusing for new users

**What problems is GoRetro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Virtual meetings the last 2 years have garnered less participation in Retros. Having everyone fill out their own card like they would have in person helps get the full team engaged.

  ### 12. Go retro is intuitive and easy to use; I recommend

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 13, 2022

**What do you like best about GoRetro?**

The ease in converting cards to action items is my favorite feature. Also, they are quick to take and respond to feedback, and keep adding new features and improvements.

**What do you dislike about GoRetro?**

The limit on the number of likes available to a team member can be improved.

**What problems is GoRetro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps in organizing our sprint retrospectives -- which are very important aspects of our agile-practicing team.

  ### 13. A good way to organize the retrospective meetings

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2022

**What do you like best about GoRetro?**

GoRetro has a clear Interface, being so is friendly to use, our scrum master used it for the retrospective with a movie theme, the columns and the colors made it fun to use.

**What do you dislike about GoRetro?**

I don't have something that I dislike about the application, I think it's the most complete website tool that helps with the agile process, making it fun and simple.

**Recommendations to others considering GoRetro:**

It should be used as a tool, for having more complete meetings in the agile teams

**What problems is GoRetro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We look back on the ended sprint, using the application to categorize what went good, and what are the things that we need to improve as a team and as an individual as well.

  ### 14. GoRetro review

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dermot K. | Software Engineering Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 15, 2022

**What do you like best about GoRetro?**

GoRetro has a really simple user interface that enables me to get what I need to do done without any hassles.

**What do you dislike about GoRetro?**

Not much to dislike, I would like the timer to alert when it's at zero. I would also like toggling show hide cards to be on the main UI rather than in the board settings menu.

**What problems is GoRetro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My team can submit suggestions in a retro without influencing each other. We can hide the cards then reveal when everyone is finished submitting.

**Official Response from Astar Rigler:**

> Hi Dermot,
We appreciate you leaving us a review!
I’m happy to hear your team is able to submit unbiased feedback, it’s important for a healthy retrospective process.
Thanks for sharing your suggestions about the timer and hide card toggle, we plan on many improvements down the road, we started with a UI redesign and much more to come.

Will keep you posted on your suggestions - so stay tuned :)

  ### 15. Great platform for retros

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 18, 2022

**What do you like best about GoRetro?**

I like how smooth our retro ran with the platform.

**What do you dislike about GoRetro?**

I didn't find any downsides to using GoRetro at this time.

**What problems is GoRetro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GoRetro helps facilitate meaningful retros and keeps history of action items which is really nice.

  ### 16. Quick & Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2022

**What do you like best about GoRetro?**

I had a team that was struggling to find a retro site where everyone could participate without having paid accounts. GoRetro was easy to set up in seconds and our retro started ontime. The team loved the easy access to cards as well as the voting options.

**What do you dislike about GoRetro?**

Nothing! GoRetro is GREAT and we will be using again.

**What problems is GoRetro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Many retro sites require paid subscriptions and with changing team members, it's not always feasible to have one paid account for the team.

  ### 17. Great support when I have been asking questions, quick to respond and comprehensive in their answets

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 06, 2022

**What do you like best about GoRetro?**

Ability to track actions against cards with owners and timescales

nothing specific yet I find missing, so far as expected

**What problems is GoRetro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Improving our retro, giving structure to the meetings

  ### 18. Very easy to share opinion and feedback

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Raja g. | Software Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2022

**What do you like best about GoRetro?**

Easy to add, edit , review the comments and easy to use. Very useful in the organization to share ths comments and improvements

**What do you dislike about GoRetro?**

Sometime have some glitches in overall ticket dashboard but not big things need improvement

**What problems is GoRetro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sometime its very hard to share feedback straight forward. Goretro provide the platform to share your feedback within organization directly

**Official Response from Yaakov Carno:**

> Hi Raja!

Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review, we appreciate your support!
I'm happy to hear that GoRetro has helped you share feedback within your organization.

Stay tuned to hear more about our Jira integration that is going to provide team's with data driven insights. This in turn will improve communication and allow unbiased feedback to be shared :)

  ### 19. Simple but very effective

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Laurence B. | Product Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2022

**What do you like best about GoRetro?**

It does exactly what I need it to do. It's simple, effective and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about GoRetro?**

It's maybe a little basic - but it does what I need it to do and I can quickly find everything I need.

**What problems is GoRetro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the problem of needing people to have access to other collaborative platforms - Whimsical /Lucid etc.

**Official Response from Astar Rigler:**

> Thank you for taking the time to write this review, Laurence!
It's great that you were able to simply and effectively find everything you need.
Our Jira integration for data driven insights on the sprint results will add more depth to your retrospective meetings, hope you try it out and let us know what you think :)

  ### 20. GoRetro team feedback

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2022

**What do you like best about GoRetro?**

1. The fact that it solves 1 problem.
2. The simplicity and speed
3. How easy it is to get started with a team
4. The right features.
5. The art.

**What do you dislike about GoRetro?**

Not much to dislike.
I would appreciate individual card revealing.
Sometimes there is UI/UX issues.

**What problems is GoRetro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We share a screen and discuss iteration issues.
Benefits - it is a good and simple tool, we don't mess about during retro meetings.

  ### 21. Go Retro for Sprint 2022 meeting review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2022

**What do you like best about GoRetro?**

Cards, Comments and actions for What went weel, what didn't go well and what can be improved concept.

**What do you dislike about GoRetro?**

I don't think anything downside with Retro as we are starting using it from this week.

**Recommendations to others considering GoRetro:**

We are starting using this tool from this week. It is the initial stage for me.

**What problems is GoRetro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problems we have entered in What didn't go well are discussed in the meeting and tried to focussing to mitigate those issues in future.

  ### 22. After testing a lot of virtual retro board, GoRetro is the best, and is totally free.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 15, 2022

**What do you like best about GoRetro?**

The various model of Retro to use with my teammate. As a scrum master, it’s also mighty to use the timer and link action items directly from the card in the boards.

**What do you dislike about GoRetro?**

There is nothing to dislike in GoRetro. It’s well designed, and we can see that a Scrum Master was the Product Owner of this product or at least a stakeholder.
If I had to "dislike" something, that should be the lack of integration with other Ticketing solutions.

**What problems is GoRetro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using GoRetro, it was a struggle to do a retrospective at the end of our sprint in the context of a global pandemic. We had to work from home but with no good tool for our scrum events.

**Official Response from Astar Rigler:**

> Hi,

Thank you for taking the time to provide valuable feedback to others.
We built GoRetro for our own retrospective needs so definitely did our best to have the most useful facilitating tools for scrum masters and PMs.
Happy to hear using GoRetro, you were able to continue your scrum events despite the global pandemic.

Integrating with ticketing solutions is exactly what we have in mind:)
We just released a Jira integration for getting sprint data to infuse insights and facts into the meeting - and have many more future plans.

Thanks for trusting GoRetro for your retrospective process!

  ### 23. Easy retrospective tools , the only one I found with real sprint data!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tom B. | Head of Backend, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 18, 2022

**What do you like best about GoRetro?**

They bring data from Jira (ask to be a beta user to try this feature). It saves me a lot of time digging into Jira, exporting data and building ppts

**What do you dislike about GoRetro?**

No slack integration, their roadmap says there will be but its really missing

**What problems is GoRetro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It saves time on preparations makes our meetings efficient and to the point!

  ### 24. Great Tool looking forward to Jira integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael S. | VP of Development, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 15, 2022

**What do you like best about GoRetro?**

Simple interface, good templates, easy to create a new game

**What do you dislike about GoRetro?**

Found some browsers have issues, I presume cookie settings?

Not clear on public vs team games

**What problems is GoRetro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quick retros to help facilitate team discussions and align on top changes to try

  ### 25. Easy to get started and customize.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2022

**What do you like best about GoRetro?**

I did some research on different retrospective tools to see what would be best for our team. GoRetro had the best overall balance between having a great UI, being easy to customize, and fast to get started.

**What do you dislike about GoRetro?**

GoRetro has a few features that we do not use. It would be nice to opt in and out of the action items and analytics. But it is also relatively easy to ignore them as well.

**What problems is GoRetro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using go retro we have been able to run our team sprint retrospectives and in a timed anonymous way. Additionally, being able to archive our work is very valuable to us and on GoRetro we can do it at no cost.

**Official Response from Astar Rigler:**

> Thank you for taking the time to provide valuable feedback to others!
Happy to hear we were the best fit for your team, we have some great plans ahead to add more integrations and more data insights which will take retro meetings to the next level - hope you and your team will opt in on those :)

**What do you like best about GoRetro?**

There were some errors, but the team fixed it quickly. So I've nothing to complain :)

Thanks for trusting GoRetro for your retrospective process.

  ### 28. best retro tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 19, 2022

**What do you like best about GoRetro?**

It does not require any preparations, super easy to set up even a few minutes before the meeting.
It has a lot of formats to choose from and an option to add cards anonymously.

**What do you dislike about GoRetro?**

It does not allow creating follow-up tasks in Jira.

**Recommendations to others considering GoRetro:**

If you are looking for an online tool for retrospective meetings which is very flexible - this is an excellent option.

**What problems is GoRetro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We moved to work remote fully, this challenged our retrospective meetings , made people less engaged in the meetings.
We bumped into Goretro and it increased engagement, we ask engineers to add their feedback , even anonymously, voting and commenting is easy so many of our engineers feel comfortable expressing their opinions.

  ### 29. Great app for team retros

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kyle K. | Product Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

It is helping us be a better team and helps us make better team decision on how we work together in a scrum process

**Official Response from Astar Rigler:**

> Hey Kyle,
Thank you for taking the time to write this insightful review!

  ### 30. It converts what we want to convey into nice buckets (Like, Loathed etc..).

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2022

**What do you like best about GoRetro?**

Explain our thoughts about how the Sprint went under simple sections

**What do you dislike about GoRetro?**

Do not dislike anything as of now. None at all.

**Recommendations to others considering GoRetro:**

Go For it

**What problems is GoRetro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Converting thoughts to Action Items.

  ### 31. The main tool for our retro

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2022

**What do you like best about GoRetro?**

- All (core) features are free!
- Really easy to invite teammates to join.
- Stores unlimited retro history

**What do you dislike about GoRetro?**

- Doesn't have a "presentation mode" where we could share the screen just for the team. I have to open a new window to fill in my retro without everyone looking :D

**What problems is GoRetro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Every three weeks we use the "Mad, Sad, Glad" template for our Retro.

**Official Response from Astar Rigler:**

> Thanks for taking the time to review us!
It's great that you're able to easily ramp up all your teammates and run regular GoRetro's:)
Last thing we would want is to keep teams away from having fruitful retro meetings - so we offer unlimited seats, teams and boards. Happy to know you enjoy it!

Presentation mode is a very cool suggestion and makes a lot of sense on top of our existing facilitator controls. Thanks for sharing.

  ### 32. Checked 4 tools for retrospective, the team voted for goretro.ai

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sagi R. | Technical program manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 18, 2022

**What do you like best about GoRetro?**

Engaging, they have a voting mechanism that creates a nice gamification effect for our team

**What do you dislike about GoRetro?**

The export to PNG is buggy, when I export using PNG and there is a lot of data - like more than 7 columns, it cuts the parts outside the screen

**What problems is GoRetro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Definitely team engagement and remote meeting
When I found it is encouraging them to participate, I knew this one is the relevant tool for us

  ### 33. Great retro tool!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 21, 2022

**What do you like best about GoRetro?**

The simplicity of retros is preserved with GoRetro. It doesn't try to be anything too complex or over thought.

**What do you dislike about GoRetro?**

Dislike is a strong word. There are a few missing nice-to-have features, and a bit more polishing, but everything looks great.

1) Ability to view what you yourself have voted on when votes are hidden. Similiar to how it works with cards when they're hidden is the biggest I can think of right now.

**Recommendations to others considering GoRetro:**

This is getting too long.

**What problems is GoRetro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This is a basic need for s simple agile sprint retrosptecive tool. Perfect.

  ### 34. Nice and simple

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex V. | Software Delivery Advocate, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 18, 2022

**What do you like best about GoRetro?**

Simple to use, teams can onboard with no effort, sending it to other groups in the organization was elementary, didn't need to help them

**What do you dislike about GoRetro?**

The colors don't make sense, and I'd expect to see the negative parts in red-ish and the positive in other colors

**What problems is GoRetro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Retrospective meeting preparation and execution for hybrid team. It was super challenging to run these over zoom, this tool makes our lives much easier

  ### 35. Fast and intuitive

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2022

GoRetro is fast and intuitive. It makes the meeting interactive, and this grows up the team motivation.

**What do you dislike about GoRetro?**

Nothing special. it meets all our expectations

**What problems is GoRetro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We did not have a tool to do our retrospective meeting before. Everything that was said was written into a doc, and it was challenging to get all the team concerned by this meeting.

**Official Response from Astar Rigler:**

> Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with others on G2.
We are thrilled to hear GoRetro contributes to interactive and motivational team meetings!
Thanks for choosing us for this important goal :)

  ### 46. Retrospective as a way of life

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nevo A. | Co-Founder, CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 25, 2020

**What do you like best about GoRetro?**

In practice, I did not see a new feature in GoRetro which does not exist anywhere else.
What I like best is that they took all the good features from dozens of Retrospective tools and combined it into a free tool.
Its the only tool which is free for unlimited amount of teams, users and features

**What do you dislike about GoRetro?**

I don't like that its not connected with Trello, I need my action items to move to Trello automatically. they say its in their roadmap but currently this function does not exist.

**Recommendations to others considering GoRetro:**

Retrospective is a state f mind, its less about the tool.
GoRetro provides what you need, for free, but there are many tools out there.

**What problems is GoRetro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Running our retrospective meetings REMOTELY is the main problem we solve.
The Covid reality forced us to adapt new tools and find how to keep our team productive remotely
GoRetro allows us to work asynchronously and add our comments and ideas, then we can run our bi-weekly meeting smoothly, save time and reveal our challenges

  ### 47. Simple, practical, and price can't be beaten

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 24, 2020

**What do you like best about GoRetro?**

Easy to get started...as soon as you create a Free Account, and bam, you're in and ready to create your first team board to run a retrospective

**What do you dislike about GoRetro?**

There are pre-made templates, but it could be improved if each of the templates could explain the benefit of each, so you select the right retro for your need.

**Recommendations to others considering GoRetro:**

Just get started and you'll see the ease and practicality immediately.

**What problems is GoRetro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quick sprint retrospective tool that can be shared AND used across your entire team...without worrying about # of seats/users, any limitation on features, etc...cause it is all included :)
Makes for extreme ease of adoption across your entire team, and across other teams
