"Google Cloud SQL - Truly a Hassle Free Experience Always"
What do you like best about Google Cloud SQL?

For me, it's one of the preferred DB services when comes to Migration, with a very little downtime window and incidents too for a wide range range of projects, be it small or for a very large Client. Apart from that, there is no need to do the regular maintenance (like backups, restarts etc) of DB servers as it's completely managed. For Developers also, it can come in very handy as they can use and run any instance ranging from SQL server, MYSQL or PostgreSQL. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Cloud SQL?

1. With limited visibility to Server Instances, it gives less control for custom configurations

2. For a large project, it becomes on the pricey side but considering the server maintenance costs and downtimes in a traditional method it's a valid bargain Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Cloud SQL?

Some users have mentioned a lag between the release of new features in open-source database systems and their availability in Google Cloud SQL. Users who prioritize having the latest features and updates may find this delay to be a downside. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Works like any other database with loads of customization"
What do you like best about Google Cloud SQL?

Best part about the google cloud sql is the infrastructure and backup capabilities it supports and coming from a big company like google it has its advantages like the regional data storage and easy of access to that data, other than being faster and consistent google cloud sql also out perform its competitors in other expects as well.

creating and managing database in real time with big data is very fast and easy if you have given some thought while designing the Database. Also the integration is flawless with any web application of any large application that is base on cloud. Just import the neccessary packages and you are good to go.

coming from google the security aspect is something you wont need to worry about it is same and secure and with the increase in frquency of the use the DB was still operational and managing the load just fine.

Never had to get in touch with the customer support because the need never really came. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
