We can view the logs and create log alert from on-prem server by installing ops agent. We using this cloud logging tool daily to triage the issues. Anyone who has basic knowledge on monitoring and logging can easily start using the Google cloud logging. We can easily store the logs by integrating with cloud storage and it's very easily to implement this logging tool in real time projects . We can refer to Google documentation for creating the dashboard .
