GoNina AI Demand Forecasting Reviews & Product Details

GoNina is a Swiss AI-powered demand forecasting platform for bakeries, restaurants, and food retailers that want to cut food waste and increase margins without adding operational complexity. GoNina connects to existing POS and ordering systems and generates daily, SKU-level demand forecasts per location. These forecasts flow directly into production planning and standard orders, helping teams produce the right quantities at the right time. The result is fewer returns, less overproduction, and more predictable operations, even for fresh, short-shelf-life products. Built specifically for food businesses, GoNina handles real-world complexity such as weekday patterns, seasonality, holidays, weather effects, product cannibalization, and store-specific behavior. The system continuously learns from historical sales and adjustments made by staff, improving accuracy over time without requiring manual tuning. Key capabilities include: - Daily AI-based demand forecasts at store and product level - Seamless integration with POS, ERP, and ordering workflows - Clear dashboards showing forecast accuracy, waste reduction, and savings - Support for multi-location operations and phased rollouts - Designed for fresh food, not generic retail demand planning GoNina is used by bakeries, restaurant groups, and food service operators that want a practical, production-ready forecasting solution rather than a theoretical analytics tool. The focus is simple: less waste, better planning, measurable financial impact.
