To receive cutting edge updates, which are published every couple of days, you can opt-in. These provide new functionality, but also introduce fresh bugs or alter the details without being aware of it. Better remain with the official releases of the stable. You should adhere to the principles set for you by the Glyphs. For example, all the automated features won't function correctly if you try to use your own glyph names.
