The platform is structured around four complementary modules: Global Eval An adaptive CEFR-based test that maps an employee's current language level or screens candidates during recruitment, generating a tailored learning path from the results. Global General Core grammar and vocabulary training to strengthen language fundamentals. Global Business Over 30 job- and industry-specific tracks (sales, HR, banking, IT, healthcare, and others), alongside cross-functional workplace modules such as running meetings or writing professional emails. Every learning path includes built-in coaching videos, live sessions taught by native-speaking teachers, and for corporate or CPF-funded programs the option of one-on-one human coaching. On the administration side, HR teams get a course management dashboard, learner progress tracking, SSO integration, white-label options, and licensing that scales with the size of the organization.
