Glassdesk Reviews & Product Details

AiStarDev LLC builds Glassdesk, an AI support agent for ecommerce teams on Gorgias and Freshdesk. Glassdesk resolves Tier-1 support tickets by answering from the merchant's own help center. Every reply carries the source articles it used, a similarity score for each, and a confidence score. Below the merchant's threshold it escalates to a human with full context instead of guessing. Accuracy is measured by a public, versioned eval suite before it ever answers a customer (getglassdesk.com/evals). Flat monthly pricing; the two smaller plans are hard-capped so the bill cannot spike in a busy month.
