In over 20 support calls (almost never for a problem, almost always for an implementation or coding question) I have never had worse than 15 mins first response, usually with an appropriate resolution. **What do you dislike about GigaPros VPS?** Think that it will be great if gigapros adds some more server locations and payment options. **What problems is GigaPros VPS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Gigapros provides superb support... I wasn't expecting much. But the times I had a question, they responded within a couple hours, will a polite, and detailed response. **What problems is GigaPros VPS solving and how is that benefiting you?** When I contacted they explained they were upgrading the servers and the new server was having a problem with some coding on my site.
