## GIA: Logs, Flight, Financials, Orders, Instrux, RevGain, DMI/DQC/DAT Reviews
  ### 1. Gia logs: Accurate, Efficient Logs, Fast Support: A True Game Changer.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yolanda T. | Media Times Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2026

**What do you like best about GIA: Logs, Flight, Financials, Orders, Instrux, RevGain, DMI/DQC/DAT?**

Gia logs have been a real game-changer for my time management and overall operational efficiency. They automate the reconciliation of campaign logs and delivery reports, which replaces a lot of the manual daily work I used to do and makes it much easier to resolve discrepancies quickly. As a result, I get more accurate reporting and fewer errors in linear media, since scheduled airings are properly matched, and the added transparency makes the whole process feel more reliable.

**What do you dislike about GIA: Logs, Flight, Financials, Orders, Instrux, RevGain, DMI/DQC/DAT?**

Optimizing the Gia logs would benefit greatly from improved platform speed, which would also reduce the need for manual imports for both cable and spot market stations. Making sure the advertiser and product names are in the correct format for mapping purposes.

**What problems is GIA: Logs, Flight, Financials, Orders, Instrux, RevGain, DMI/DQC/DAT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GIA logs has helped our team by eliminating a manual workflow and making the overall process much more streamlined. It’s now easier to get the accurate, complete data we need for client reports, including both prelogs and post logs. Logs are delivered through API and FTP, which has saved us a large amount of time that we used to spend requesting logs from stations.

  ### 2. Why input manual orders? PD360 can automate them for you!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Melanie W. | National Account Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 04, 2026

**What do you like best about GIA: Logs, Flight, Financials, Orders, Instrux, RevGain, DMI/DQC/DAT?**

Who wants to input orders manually anymore? I sure do not! PD360 has created a way to help streamline this process so it becomes easier, faster, more efficient, with less errors by using automation and mapping data to save time!

**What do you dislike about GIA: Logs, Flight, Financials, Orders, Instrux, RevGain, DMI/DQC/DAT?**

The log automation process needs to be more simplified like the orders side is. A suggestion for the log side is to rename the whole buyer/seller universe that was created and just call it what it is advertiser and agency. This is super confusing to new users, make it simple.

**What problems is GIA: Logs, Flight, Financials, Orders, Instrux, RevGain, DMI/DQC/DAT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This is a suggestion for GIA Logs. As new users try to learn this feature, the language should be simpler and more intuitive. So, beyond renaming buyer/seller, I’d also recommend renaming other items—for example, changing “Unit Status” to something like “Log Status,” and “Media Outlet” to “Station.” Another suggestion is that the initial training sessions should be very basic, with a focus on how to set up the reports and avoid taking them down complex rabbit holes they won’t understand yet.

  ### 3. Exceptional Support and Customization, but Integration Needs Work

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jayne L. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2026

**What do you like best about GIA: Logs, Flight, Financials, Orders, Instrux, RevGain, DMI/DQC/DAT?**

I appreciate the amazing, consistent, and abundant support from the team at GIA: Logs, Flight, Financials, Orders, Instrux, RevGain, DMI/DQC/DAT from onboarding through execution. They delivered a product for our custom model that works flawlessly. I find the automation beneficial, and I like how the system flags when something is incorrect. Additionally, the quick customer service if anything goes wrong is really valuable.

**What do you dislike about GIA: Logs, Flight, Financials, Orders, Instrux, RevGain, DMI/DQC/DAT?**

Since we have a custom model, the setup and workflow took a good amount of time to set up, and the integration into our media system isn't as smooth as we wish. The teams are already working on making the integrations smoother with the media system provider, but direct integration instead of routing delivery would be great. The initial setup wasn't easy due to our custom build requests, but they were able to work with us to fit our exact needs.

**What problems is GIA: Logs, Flight, Financials, Orders, Instrux, RevGain, DMI/DQC/DAT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use GIA: Logs, Flight, Financials, Orders, Instrux, RevGain, DMI/DQC/DAT to automate spot log data management, saving manual tracking time. The product offers flawless custom model support, flags errors quickly, and provides rapid customer service.

  ### 4. Automates Logs and Orders Efficiently, Simplifies Daily Processes

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Walker B. | Vice President of Technology, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2026

**What do you like best about GIA: Logs, Flight, Financials, Orders, Instrux, RevGain, DMI/DQC/DAT?**

I like the ease of use with GIA: Logs and Orders and the time it saves the team on daily log processing, which is critical to our operations. The initial setup on the GIA side was relatively simple.

**What do you dislike about GIA: Logs, Flight, Financials, Orders, Instrux, RevGain, DMI/DQC/DAT?**

There is still some manual work required due to some stations' processes or incomplete log delivery. I would like additional stations to provide API/FTP delivery and improved ability to interact with stations through the platform when issues are uncovered, like incorrect advertiser on the logs or no ISCI in the delivery.

**What problems is GIA: Logs, Flight, Financials, Orders, Instrux, RevGain, DMI/DQC/DAT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GIA: Logs and Orders automates inbound log processes and delivers electronic orders, saving my team critical time in daily logistics.

**What do you dislike about GIA: Logs, Flight, Financials, Orders, Instrux, RevGain, DMI/DQC/DAT?**

The product has some complexity and comes with a learning curve. Setup does take a bit of time, but once everything is established, it’s easy to use.

**What problems is GIA: Logs, Flight, Financials, Orders, Instrux, RevGain, DMI/DQC/DAT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We utilized the Logs feature, which automates our pre- and post-log sending on a daily basis. Previously, this was a time-consuming task that our support staff had to perform every day by manually pulling logs.

We ran into a few challenges when the local cable was purchased. At times, we noticed inaccurate or inconsistent reporting data, but those issues were eventually resolved.
