## About Geotapp Flow
GeoTapp Flow is the Italian field service management platform built for cleaning companies, facility services, security firms, installers, electricians, plumbers and HVAC technicians who need to prove every visit to demanding clients. Flow runs the back-office: CRM with customer and site database, shift scheduling, job and route management, billing with native integration to Stripe and Fatture in Cloud (Italian e-invoicing). It's a web app, accessible from desktop and tablet. Flow comes with a mobile companion app, GeoTapp TimeTracker, for your operators on Android and iOS. GPS clock-in and clock-out (real coordinates, not entered by hand), geolocated on-site photos, structured reports, customer digital signature, full offline mode with later sync. Pricing starts at €4 per operator per month. Every report Flow generates is tamper-proof. It carries a cryptographic seal and a unique link the end client opens with no account, sees GPS data, timestamps, photos and the seal integrity in one second. Disputes about whether the job was done collapse before they start — built into Flow, no extra purchase, no separate setup. GeoTapp is fully GDPR compliant (EU Reg. 2016/679). Location is recorded only at clock-in and clock-out, never continuously, in line with the data minimisation principle.
