Genovino Reviews & Product Details

Genovino is a financial operating system for SMEs, built around a single source of truth for cash. It brings treasury, electronic invoicing, bank reconciliation and management reporting into one platform, so founders, CFOs and their accountants work from the same numbers instead of separate spreadsheets. The core is a 13-week rolling cash flow forecast that projects liquidity from invoices, payment schedules and bank movements, with alerts on gaps before they become urgent. Electronic invoicing covers the Italian FatturaPA standard, including document types TD01 to TD28, VAT codes, reverse charge and split payment. Bank connections via PSD2 feed automatic reconciliation, matching transactions to invoices with rules and AI-assisted document extraction. Management reporting adds margin analysis by project, cost and hour budgets, and EBITDA tracking. Accounting firms manage multiple clients from one portal. Data imports and exports as XML, CSV and XLSX, hosted in the EU.
