"Awful product and customer service"

This is a background check company that we use to ensure new hires are eligible for employment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about General Information Services?

They provide a subpar background check, very limited communication with the customer, archaic system for inputting candidate info (print and scan in a document- candidates are gravitating towards tech friendly companies). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about General Information Services?

The customer service. If you call to check on the status of a background check, they can't tell you anything and make it clear they aren't concerned. I understand they are at the mercy of the court, but they don't advocate for their clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
