I requested multiple customer support sessions where they would check my premium settings were set up correctly, but it still didn't work and gradually my capital was reduced by $1k. Maybe it worked a year or two ago, but for me over the past 8 months, this is my true and factual experience proven by receipt purchases and trading platform history.
