It provides most of the next generation firewall services at a fraction of cost compared to its peers. The support team is proactive and mostly available for high priority issues. **What do you dislike about GajShield Next Generation Firewall?** Sometimes there is a slight delay in updation of threat libraries, once a new malware / threat is detected. Also, the docuemntation can be improved for self service. **What problems is GajShield Next Generation Firewall solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were using expensive firewalls and were looking for cheaper alternates for our multiple edge locations and remote offices. GajShield provided us similar functionalities at a fraction of the cost. The product is well built with a nice interface and suffice our securty needs. ### 3.
