**What do you like best about Fuse Universal?**

I manage the Fuse platform for our organisation and have been very impressed with the analytics available. It makes it easy to monitor user engagement, content views, learning completion and much more. This way we can see which content is doing well and which isn’t. We can also see who is most engaged within the business and provide rewards for such behaviour, similar to gamification. This promotes collaboration and learning, leading to improved business performance and results. 

The new search capabilities are also great, enabling users to find knowledge within content that has been uploaded, for example in videos, PDFs or posts. I believe the Fuse team are working very hard on rolling out new features each month and leading the way in this respect - can't wait until our org can use these features.

**What do you like best about Fuse Universal?**

Wow! I just wanted to submit a review as the new AI features Fuse are rolling out to our platform are incredible. If you imagine what you can do on ChatGPT, however on an LMS/LXP using our organisations internal documents and content, this is exactly it. 

We can essentially ask the platform any question and it will search the content to provide the best answer. It’s super quick to do and gives great answers. It’s still early days but they have said they will be rolling out more releases in the coming months. It's helping our team access knowledge a lot faster and allowing team members to do their job quicker and more effectively.

**What do you dislike about Fuse Universal?**

Wish we could have all the AI features straight away but understand this is complex technology! Looking forward to the updates this quarter

Accessing knowledge and answers to questions I may have during a normal working day.

**What do you like best about Fuse Universal?**

Being a Fuse user has really made a difference for our team. It's straightforward and packed with all the learning resources we need, from onboarding to ongoing training. Plus, the ability to connect with colleagues and share knowledge is a real game-changer. Fuse has made learning feel like a team effort, and we're loving it! 

One key thing our team like and take advantage of is the translation capabilities the platform offers, which have also been made better with the use of their AI. As our company is global we have employees who speak different languages. Now the platform can automatically translate their content of us, rather than us having to translate in Google. It's making collaboration across different regions a lot easier!

**What do you dislike about Fuse Universal?**

My company hasn’t added all teams to the platform yet so it is sometimes difficult to collaborate with the wider business, however I think they are adding more people to platform soon.

**What problems is Fuse Universal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before our company introduced the platform we were reliant on emails to share updates and knowledge. Now we have Fuse we can collaborate better and knowledge is easier to access.

**What do you like best about Fuse Universal?**

Fuse has been a real improvement for our team! It's so easy to use and has everything we need for learning, from the moment a new member joins the team to ongoing training. What's really awesome is how it lets us connect with our teammates and share what we know, therefore promoting collaboration. This makes it easier to work on projects together and ensure knowledge is shared throughout the business.

Nothing to dislike so far, our team are excited to have more of the organisation be added to the platform.

The fuse platform is helping to prevent knowledge from being lost within the company, may this be through employees leaving, or simply not having a platform to share what they know. Our management also wanted to introduce a more engaging learning solution where we can stay up to date with the latest business information, rather than the old way of just sitting through a learning module.

We've been using Fuse for a couple of years now, relying on it as both an LXP and LMS, and we've consistently been impressed by their dedication to innovation. The recent unveiling of their new translation tools has us particularly excited. Given the substantial investment our company makes in content translation annually, the prospect of automating this process within Fuse is a significant development. With these tools, content translation becomes seamless—whether it's a video uploaded in Brazil or a query posed in English, the AI effortlessly bridges language barriers. We eagerly anticipate the potential cost savings and operational efficiencies that this advancement will bring.

**What do you like best about Fuse Universal?**

We have used the Fuse platform for a long time now and it works great for our organisation. The platform enables you to share content quickly such as images, videos, links, questions etc. You can then ask different team members for feedback or comments, which can help when trying to get peoples feedback and ideas. 

It's also good for finding information quickly rather than searching through emails, I can just ask a question and it presents relevant information based on the search, made even better with AI Anwers.

The analytics tools available to me as an admin are super useful to see who is engaging with content on the platform, progress on learning modules, and who is collaborating the most. This data allows us to rewards strong engagement and boost collaboration amongst teams.

Working well so far and we are looking forward to the AI updates being released.

**What do you like best about Fuse Universal?**

Fuse enables our business to bring effective change and adoption of AI internally and to our clients. We are using the advanced search functionality in Fuse to surface the right information to our users at the time they need it. Static learning paths are only effective for new hires, and even then the teams want answers not just another deposit of information. Fuses work around Leveraging AI is going to be a huge game changer for us and our clients.

I have had a very positive relationship with Fuse for some time. I cant fault the company or the leadership at all, and I think they will go from strength to strength over the next 12months with their new AI capabilities.

**What do you like best about Fuse Universal?**

Fuse Universal is a a system that supports numerous learning solutions with a focus on 'workflow learning'.  The features are futher enhance with a MS Teams Fuse App and plugins for youtr favourite web browser.

**What do you dislike about Fuse Universal?**

As with any system, it's not 100% perfect.  There are some niggles within the system, particulary those inherent of a classic LMS.  However, the team at Fuse Universal are forward thinking and continuously look for ways to improve the platform.  They encourage their customers to feedback and see this as a high prioirty.

**What problems is Fuse Universal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fuse Universal are investing energy and resopurces into integration of Artificiual Inteligence into the platform.  I feelthat FUSE universial has made huge progress in this area and really excited to see the developments later this year.

**What do you like best about Fuse Universal?**

The technology is built upon the foundation of communities, sharing content easily and quickly and encouraging engagement into shared learning and best practice. I didn't want just an LMS, I needed to get a flow of content out and across to our members through their mobile devices, with the ease of functionality for them to consume this and engage with it. Fuse not only enables this, it gives the background tools to administer and enhance the whole process. Awesome!

**What do you dislike about Fuse Universal?**

I can honestly say that there isn't anything I don't like. In fact when you start to look for the "that would be nice if..." you then find that their development pipeline has already captured so much from their wider customer base, that it's "in development".

**Recommendations to others considering Fuse Universal:**

Many of us seek to connect teams, external partners and/or customers into a community where we can share, communicate, ask questions and even host events and share them. Fuse gives you an amazing array of options and functionality - even the Universal Analytics and multi-language options which are truly powerful. I recommend any public, private or non-profit sector team/organisation seriously explore the benefits of "moving-into" Fuse through mobile devices.

**What problems is Fuse Universal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed to connect members, teams and partners globally - in different environments, languages and levels of technological user capability. It took us just 10-days to connect-in our first wave of members across 12 countries, and in different languages. The immediate positive feedback was superb - being mobile enabled and with user interfaces and communities created to help, we have everything now that I wanted to scale-up during 2021 and onwards.

**What do you like best about Fuse Universal?**

I really like the fact that I can login at any time of the day, from any device and learn in short, concise and well put together learning programmes; as well as socially using informal learning. The CSM Team and Support Desk are extremely supportive and respond immediately to any requests.

**What do you dislike about Fuse Universal?**

There is very little that I dislike, but I definitely feel that there are untapped areas that can be improved on, with the system structure.

**Recommendations to others considering Fuse Universal:**

You cannot go wrong by choosing Fuse. The system has helped us greatly and we have seen much improvement in our staff engagement and morale. It really is the system for the future.

We are solving issues with getting all the employees from our various branches to unify under one complete understanding of how the group functions and the direction that we are going in. The benefits have been tremendous, with serious engagement from the staff, and increasing productivity in the work environment.

**What do you like best about Fuse Universal?**

The platform is highly customisable, according to your business needs. This is great for me, as it means I can tailor each of our communities to the visual identity of the relevant programme or department, and can easily highlight new or relevant content. The technical support team are also incredibly efficient - they respond quickly no matter what time of day, and deliver fantastic levels of customer service.

**What do you dislike about Fuse Universal?**

The downside to so much customisability is that you need to have at least basic HTML/CSS skills to really get it looking how you want it to, and it can take a fair chunk of time to get everything looking and working how you'd like it to if you're not confident in your visual design and coding skills. I'd recommend taking time to really plan out exactly what you want to use the platform for, and avoid trying to be everything to everyone (it can very quickly become a beast otherwise!).

**What problems is Fuse Universal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We support all of our entry level programmes with a virtual learning plan, using Fuse to manage the live events sign up and to provide pre-/post- work for our workshops. It's a really helpful tool to allow the business to self-service with a lot of skills and knowledge building, and it allows us to reach a wider base with our training - freeing up our subject matter experts to add more value than just repeating the same 20 minutes of training 50 times a year! We've increased our usage dramatically during the pandemic, as a way of ensuring our employees have access to the training they need as soon as they need it.

**What do you like best about Fuse Universal?**

Managing Fuse in our organisation for over 5000 people has given me useful insights into the user learning experience. Fuse is great at understanding the learner and how the right content is being delivered.  Expanding learning via communities allows popular content to be highlighted and engagement to be tracked. This provides key data when curating content, and reporting on analytics. Predicting engagement behaviours based on these insights enables us to target learning more effectively.

**What do you dislike about Fuse Universal?**

Given that there is a roadmap for new design features for 2021, personalised dashboards highlighting individual content learning (and not just learning plans) would be useful. I know some of this is already in scope and it would be great to see this fully developed.

**Recommendations to others considering Fuse Universal:**

I would recommend Fuse to organisations that are looking to upscale their learning management experience. Fuse technical support team are very proactive in helping to resolve any queries and they look for quick resolution in helping you find the best solution.

**What problems is Fuse Universal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using reporting data to highlight key engagement characteristics, based on social aspects of learning via the community structures to understanding when is learning most accessed. Having these heat maps, help us better plan for new launches and enables us to use this feedback to connect individual and group-level variables.

**What do you like best about Fuse Universal?**

I like how learning plans look, the ability to make things custom to any business, fact that it acts like "social media" platform for communities, and also simple things like adding digital signatures to documents etc.  I love that people can learn and also share their insights with each other and engage. It has a lot of potential.

**What do you dislike about Fuse Universal?**

Not that I completely dislike it, but the fact that coding is used made it a bit difficult for me and also, sometimes there is a slower response to a change (but that isn't really a big deal - just was a bit stressful when I was learning how to use it and felt like I might be messing things up - I just needed to wait a bit).

Currently sharing important information with clients in one place, signing NDAs virtually, training of new employees and using it as ongoing digital learning platform for our clients.

I am sorry to say but I don't see any good parts with this service

**What do you dislike about Fuse Universal?**

The user experience is horrible, slow and the app is super buggy. Posting a video, you need to hope a user does not check the post the first 5 minutes as it is most likely not rendered but the post is shown. Search is one of the worst implementations I seen, that is top one complain from all our users. The learning part is also bad and it is easy to "cheat" the system to gain points. When using SSO login it is super hard as a user to understand how to login and it ends up with them not logging in

**Recommendations to others considering Fuse Universal:**

I strongly recommend to not use this service, they oversell and give you expectations that is not meet. This service is far by all user complains number one we have got internally and I have seen only small changes and features as a admin and user during our two years as a customer

Very easy to use for users with social media as well as classical LMS functionalities

Some functionalities are not perfectly designed for shopfloor requirements (workers without Email adress)

Perfect if all your users have company email and are open to user the app on their private smartphones

It's easy to use and is a great platform to encourage social learning.

Some of the learning plan feedback features available on mobile are not yet available on desktop

Allowing us to share training with all parts of the business quickly that would normally take months or years to do and it's been hugely beneficial since the pandemic.

**What do you like best about Fuse Universal?**

Learning plan system provides a clear guided path to get through a lot of content. We use Fuse for our GM training and it's great to be able to interact with other managers and bounce ideas back and forth.

**What do you dislike about Fuse Universal?**

The mobile application does not allow me to access some of the content correctly. Otherwise, the desktop application is great.

**Recommendations to others considering Fuse Universal:**

I went through onboarding twice at IHG (once as GM of a limited service hotel and once as GM of a full service hotel). My first onboarding was not on Fuse's platform and was quiet a bit of a challenge. I was handed checklist with various links and websites and documents to go through and was pretty much left to figure things out on my own or send off emails to learn. The second on-boarding was on Fuse's platform and it really seemed like an tremendous improvement. For someone going into something brand new (from line-level to management), having a LMS like Fuse makes getting up to speed much faster.

**What problems is Fuse Universal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In-depth training and continued education has improved dramatically compared to the disorganized system they used in the past at IHG.
