Frontline Coach Reviews & Product Details

Frontline Coach is an AI-powered roleplay and coaching platform built for Sales and Customer Experience (CX) teams. Reps and CSMs practice realistic conversations against AI-simulated buyers and customers, get real-time coaching feedback as the conversation unfolds, and are scored across four core skills — Discovery, Objection Handling, Value Communication, and Closing — so they walk into a real call having already had the hard conversation once. The platform ships with 12+ built-in sales methodologies (including Challenger, SPIN, MEDDIC, Sandler, Solution Selling, and Gap Selling), 6 CX methodologies (including HEART, Outcome-Based, and Empathy-First), and 8 coaching frameworks (including GROW, CLEAR, and OSCAR) — so teams can practice using the exact framework they already train on, rather than a generic script. A Product Knowledge Base lets teams import their own product pages and documentation; the AI deep-researches that content so every roleplay is contextualized to what the rep actually sells, not a generic demo. Beyond scheduled practice sessions, Ask Coach is a 24/7 on-demand AI coach available anywhere in the app — reps can ask for coaching advice or a product walkthrough by typing or speaking naturally, without starting a full roleplay. Voice Mode adds live, spoken practice with 6 distinct AI voice characters across 11 languages, with real-time delivery feedback. Frontline Coach's newest capability, Real Call Intelligence, connects directly to a rep's Zoom account and automatically turns real sales calls into coaching intelligence: call transcription, a plain-language summary, objections raised and whether they were handled well, competitors mentioned, and discovery gaps — all with an explicit opt-in step per call, so nothing is analyzed without the rep's consent. From an analyzed call, reps can ask their coach specific questions about that exact conversation, or start "Practice This Call" to rehearse the same objection again before the next real conversation with that buyer. Manager and team dashboards give sales and CX leaders visibility into team-wide performance, skill trends, and call activity — without needing to sit in on every call. Frontline Coach is used by SDRs/BDRs, Account Executives, Customer Success teams, Sales & CX Managers, and RevOps/Enablement leaders across industries including SaaS, FinTech, Healthcare, Insurance, Manufacturing, Real Estate, Retail, and Professional Services. Pricing is self-serve and transparent, starting at $9.99/month, with no demo call or sales contact required to sign up.
