When having to take off work or manage time off, it is helpful to have a platform that is easy to use and fairly quick to implement. **What do you dislike about Frontline 504 Program Management?** I don’t like that you are not able to adjust the days after the date. This year especially, things have changed so quickly with time off due to Covid quarantine and normal sick days. There have been days I put in for a substitute and needed later to take it away after the fact, and I had to rely on my administration to adjust. **Recommendations to others considering Frontline 504 Program Management:** I would advise anyone wanting to streamline their days off to use this program. **What problems is Frontline 504 Program Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** It streamlines finding coverage for my class which elevates stress. Before this process, I had to call or text the school administration assistant to let her know and then notify the administration and our team lead. Afterward, I would have to call and let the system know I would be absent, which took a lot of time. This Frontline 504 streamlines that process and elevates stress. ### 2. Not going to lie but the interface of this tool is quite amazing. It is a very eye-pleasing interface, made simple and clean for the special children. It is very easy to understand and navigate within the software. We appreciate the frontline program management to create a special different group of tools for special students. As they are always left out behind the society, so it is a great initiative by the software developers and is highly appreciated the integration of this tool is also very amazing; as it integrates with our system, it can automatically extract the information of the student from our system. We just have to mention the names and it will show the whole information available by that name. **What do you dislike about Frontline 504 Program Management?** As it is a new tool in the market and no one has done something like that ever before. Therefore, it makes the whole process amazing. But with that, there come to the responsibilities and some other A/B testing techniques and this tool is already in testing so we cannot complain much about it, there are some things worth mentioning but they are so obvious that their testers can easily point them out. **What problems is Frontline 504 Program Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** The paperwork and the reporting system of this software is just too good to be true. It was so hard to manage all the stuff before we started utilizing this tool and now we are big fans of this tool and are quite happy with the quality of the job done by this Frontline. ### 3. Simple to track future absences and see past absences and I appreciate your various classes are assembled and that you have a detailed record of who, what, and when facilities and adjustments are required. You are given the number of facilities and alterations are in your group. The company stays up to date with all the adjustments in structures and the law and updates their program rapidly. **What do you dislike about Frontline 504 Program Management?** The software appears to have successive bugs, that cause sparing or editing your work to be a test on occasion. It could be an issue on the Accent's worker, yet these bugs have caused some dissatisfaction. It tends to be confusing to explore now and again and it doesn't keep the reports that are transferred sorted out in an extremely clear manner, so it very well may be elusive sure archives that you are searching for. **What problems is Frontline 504 Program Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** Benefits include permitting students to learn at their own movement and such that benefits them the most. It's convenient for them to clock-in directly from their phones, report/schedule absences, and submit timesheets. **What do you dislike about Frontline 504 Program Management?** The software can be finicky at times. If the employee clocks-out a minute early by mistake, it deducts 5 minutes of pay. If they forget to clock-in, that also causes issues that need to be corrected manually. **What problems is Frontline 504 Program Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** It would be great if employees could clock in using their own data plans. Using the building's wifi only can cause problems if 1) the wifi is down or 2) the employee got logged out of the wifi. The employee might be at work on time, but then needs to stand there to connect to wifi before they can clock-in. ### 7. When filling out paperwork, you have an idea of what has to be done in order to close the paperwork and file it. It is a simple checklist and is easy to follow. **What do you dislike about Frontline 504 Program Management?** Even if you fill out the paperwork correctly, there are small bits that aren't shown that will not allow you to close out the paperwork. There are not enough ways to add exactly what you want and you have to choose a generic paperwork version. It works, but not great. **What problems is Frontline 504 Program Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are staying in compliance better as a whole but also having issues closing the paperwork because of small issues that the program is having. ### 8.
