Frontegg does this out of the box. The management console is well-designed and easy to use for creating Roles, Permissions and Groups. I can also track user activity which makes it easy to keep my user accounts organized and secure. The observability tools are helpful for troubleshooting and monitoring. You can view real-time user activity, and also generate reports to track user engagement. This helps to identify and fix problems quickly. **What do you dislike about Frontegg?** Frontegg has more features than I use currently. It could be overwhelming to users new to the IAM space but overall, it's exciting how quickly the team has iterated and released new features. **What problems is Frontegg solving and how is that benefiting you?** Frontegg is solving complex B2B Identity use cases that have been resource intensive to build in the past. One is for React application which is working great. As far as I know, the react SDK is the most commonly used SDK. When I used the Vue SDK I felt the same. At the start I expect it to be less powerful because it's not so commonly used. But it was of high quality. WOW! **What do you dislike about Frontegg?** So the Vue and React SDKs are very good. I think they can add more examples - maybe a repo with examples with copy and paste feature. Also will be nice to create a workshop for advanced customers. **What problems is Frontegg solving and how is that benefiting you?** Solving the challenge of implementing the authentication flow, as the authorization features and it's used as a user identity platform that allows me to customize the pages and brand them like my product. Documentation is also great, and the implementation instructions are very detailed yet simple. **What do you dislike about Frontegg?** My only complains so far are that I can't seem to be able to upload a logo (getting a 403 error for some reason), and that localization isn't available through the web interface and only through the API (but that's a very minor peeve). **What problems is Frontegg solving and how is that benefiting you?** I volunteer for a non-profit organization that holds several paid events throughout the year, and we require a service to properly manage both our customers (for ticket purchases, newsletter signups, etc), our members (for membership payments, votes, and special privilages) and our volunteers (for administration of our systems and access to organization data). We've been using an internally developed user management system until now, but it is not up to task with our current requirements and load. When we tried to implement a solution by ourselves, it had a lot of code, error-prone, that required maintenance, being up to date with the standards of SSO with different integration types, and it was hard to support all of the above with a small dev team like we have. It’s super easy to just toggle on and off certain features which is perfect for when deals depend on them (which they often do). **What do you dislike about Frontegg?** The API and documentation were somewhat hard to digest so we had a bit of trouble, but luckily Frontegg’s support team is world-class. **What problems is Frontegg solving and how is that benefiting you?** We thought about building these features ourselves but it would have pushed our roadmap out at least a few months, especially since we had potential customers asking for more advanced auth features like SCIM.
