It's easy to add new emails and domains to the platform and you get all the email sent to an email of your choice. It's great you can reply back from that address and it goes out as the original email address. **What do you dislike about Mutant Mail?** Took me a while to understand how to add domains to the platform/required settings to DNS. **What problems is Mutant Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?** It removes the need to set up a dedicated email address/addresses for a website, you don't need to be logged in to lots of different inboxes. ### 2. The process is intuitive. You just need to set up your domains' DNS entries and have them added and verified in MM. It's a set-and-forget kind of tool. ;-) **What do you dislike about Mutant Mail?** The UI/UX could use some improvement. For example, when on the Settings page, if you need to update more than one setting, you have to go thru each of them and SAVE, and then everything refreshes, then update the other settings and SAVE and everything refreshes again. It would be much better if the settings are categorized and can be set up and updated in one go. **Recommendations to others considering Mutant Mail:** Most people don't understand what Mutant Mail does. Is it a forwarding email tool? Yes. But it's way beyond that. Once people understand how it works, they will be an instant convert. Just like me. :) **What problems is Mutant Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?** Maintenance of multiple email addresses due to the number of domains at my perusal. I also constantly add new domain names as needs arise. So I don't need to set up individual email addresses. I just set up the domains in MM and email addresses are created automatically when needed. Also, privacy and security are at MM's core so I'm assured that my emails are protected at all times. One great thing about the whole thing, I can still maintain my brand identity by setting up signatures and display name for each email ID. ### 3. The emails were all over the place and hard to find. Now, everything is in one spot and easy to manage from our main domain account. It's really simple to use as well! I love how we can send out emails across multiple domains with just a click of a button! We also have been able to receive replies back across multiple domains without having them go into our spam folder or even bouncing back because they don't match the recipient's address! For anyone who has ever had an email overload before, you will definitely want Mutant Mail on your side. **What do you dislike about Mutant Mail?** It's really difficult to find anything that I don't like about this tool because the relief that it brought us was so significant that it saved us a lot of time and resources and it elevated our professionalism to our web design clients. If there is anything that I would wish to be improved, it's just the UI of the software. If it can be made more modern and sexier, it would be more fun to use. **Recommendations to others considering Mutant Mail:** If you're managing at least 5 email accounts, moreover domains, this will be a productivity booster. **What problems is Mutant Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?** The primary problem that it solves is definitely the back and forth communication with our clients. Before we send the clients a guiding document to configure their Gmail or outlook account to webmail. But mostly it's too technical for them and it costs us a lot of time to support them. Now it's just a few clicks with Mutant Mail. ### 4. If you don't, Mutant Mail has a manual to follow the steps in a very simple way. Another thing that I liked is that you can very simply configure the name or department of who is sending the mail for each account. So when you send an email, the receiver will see the name or department and next to it the email account. In conclusion, I can say that Mutant Mail is a wonderful tool for those who use several email accounts from the same mailbox. You can even use a gmail account and use your own domain to send and receive mail. This will allow you to use all the benefits of Gmail email, such as anti-spam, anti-virus and 15GB of space for your email, but with your corporate email. The great thing about Mutant Mail is that it allows you to set up multiple email accounts to receive or forward incoming mail. The offer also seems generous to me because the basic plan allows you to configure up to 50 email accounts. Great!! **What do you dislike about Mutant Mail?** When you receive an email to your main mailbox, Mutant Mail adds a line to indicate that you are using this application. When you reply to an email you have to remove this line if you don't want it to appear. This line takes a bit of seriousness out of your email. But you can easily remove it and you can set it to appear below or above your mail when replying so you can easily remove it. Another thing I don't like is that if you want to start a conversation thread with someone you don't have in your contacts, you have to configure the recipient's account in a special way. Mutant Mail has a tool for this within the app. Once you learn how it works it's not so complicated. For me it is not a big problem, but I think of people for whom technology is complex. On the other hand, it is a simple way to solve the problem of sending emails as if you were using different email accounts within the same mailbox that you use on a daily basis. **Recommendations to others considering Mutant Mail:** It is recommended to have access to your domain DNS configuration and be familiar with how to configure it. **What problems is Mutant Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?** I found this tool very very useful. I have a domain that I've been using for a while and I keep getting a lot of important emails, including from some customers. For a long time, I have kept a second email client to read these emails, but sometimes I have missed some important ones because I have not followed upon them. I bought Mutant Mail and it has been a real discovery. I connected all the accounts of this domain to Mutant Mail and now I receive all those emails in my current main email account and now I no longer lose any of the emails that I received before. I can even reply from my current email to the emails that I had previously configured as if I had a mailbox for each one. I was wondering if I could use my MS Outlook or Mail client on the Mac, but no problem using it. It can be used with any email client and from any device. Once you learn the formula it uses to send mail from any account, you can use it without any problem. ### 5. It has also been costly, even with the ability to create aliases under Office 365. Mutant mail has significantly and successfully cut the effort and cost for our agency business managing all of those domains and associated emails. Support has been super responsive and even helped us quickly add our 30+ domains to the system. The process to add the MX and TXT records is a bit tedious when you've got lots of domains but the support team are working on solutions to make that process a lot easier. Highly recommended if you're managing a lot of domains and if you are mainly need a solution to receive & reply to these emails. We are NOT using this solution for our primary outbound domain because Mutant Mail isn't as easy for sending as it is for receiving and replying. **What do you dislike about Mutant Mail?** Was a challenge at the beginning to bulk add domains but MutantMail tech support helped out. **What problems is Mutant Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?** Managing a large number of "inbound" email accounts across a large amount of domains. Trying to reduce the # of email accounts needed on our Office 365 Exchange servers. ### 6. It allows you to receive, send and reply to emails using one mailbox which is really convenient. You can also manage multiple email IDs with MutantMail which is great for people who have multiple email addresses. MutantMail also blocks spam which is a huge plus. The deliverability of emails is also really good which is great news for people who rely on email for work or communication purposes. **What do you dislike about Mutant Mail?** The learning curve. With Mutant Mail I can manage multiple domains AND alias emails from a single email and ALSO respond. It's a great way to manage email reputation, especially if you have a few (or more) domains. **What do you dislike about Mutant Mail?** While replies to incoming emails work *great*, it's a little odd to send an initial email from a linked domain. It can be done, but it's not intuitive. **What problems is Mutant Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have 4 domains I own that I can now *easily* manage emails from a single location...and I've dropped my Gsuite payment. I can also add additional "recipient emails" for my VAs without extra cost! ### 8. I get so many spam emails from burner email address from "companies" that want to sell me their services, it takes so much time to mark as spam/block/move to trash. Mailman catches all of these and blocks them for me. **What do you dislike about Mutant Mail?** Nothing so far. I have been enjoying this service and the time it saves me. **What problems is Mutant Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?** Mailman has been helping me reach the elusive "inbox zero", cut down on the spam that still reaches my inbox, and helps me from missing important emails from VIPs. ### 12.
