Finally, the ability to share the briefs with writers without having them log in to Frase or have an account is a plus. Bill, Matt, Duncan, and the entire team at Frase are super responsive in helping you make the most out of the tool. **What do you dislike about Frase.io?** The interface could act up at times. I've had login issues and an audio clip started playing out of nowhere, it was funny but helpful at the same time. The task of content production normally feels ominous to me due to the amount of time and work required to do it well. But Frase makes it less daunting. It allows me to create a topic to target, write the article, and then optimize the article based on the top SERP results. But the secret sauce? It's in the sidebar of the editor. As you write an article, the sidebar has all kinds of scraped data which is invaluable when creating your article. It shows the top 20 SERP results with average word count, title, rank position, and outline structure. I can click the copy button next to any outline element and instantly bring it into my own document. This makes is super quick to build a good outline. It also shows external links, questions from the SERP, questions from Google's People Also Ask, questions from Quora, and questions from Reddit. I can click the copy button next to any question and Frase will instantly import it into my document. Frase also shows me news on my topic and Wikipedia results, all of which I can also import into my document. Is that all? Not by a long shot! The bread and butter of SEO is indicating to Google that you're writing relevant content about the topic. So Frase has a powerful topic-scoring algorithm which tells me which terms and phrases to include in my document, how often to include them, and things which I've over-used (i.e., keyword stuffing). I can re-score based on topic clusters, SERP scores, title, and even long tails. If I filter by SERP scores, then I can see a heatmap of the gaps and coverage between my article and the top 20 SERP results. Okay... is that all? Nope! I added my GSC data and Frase will cluster the search history data from my site into keyword clusters. I can track performance and also find where I need to optimize existing articles and create new articles on new topics that Google is testing out on my documents (but they won't rank well because they aren't on point and a new article is needed). What about their AI chatbot? I don't really use the chatbot because I don't have a use case, but I have tested it out. The bot will crawl your site, scrape the data, and then generate AI models to respond to customer queries. I can even train my AI bot with new data sets and track all kinds of analytics. So if that's your thing, I think this could be another really great feature. **What do you dislike about Frase.io?** I don't have a lot of complaints, but here are a few off the top of my head: - The SERP scraped data is only retained for so long. So if I open an older article, I have to wait 15-30 seconds for Frase to scrape the top 20 SERP again. Not a big deal, but it is kind of annoying.
