That’s bad, if you’re planning to make a Google Ads campaign or something like that and you advertise your page with that form and it doesn’t get loaded. But that’s really rare and completely normal due server updates and security patches. That also shows that the makers of FormNX are active and improving their services often so it’s alright if the uptime is around 95%. One another thing annoys me a lot but FormNX isn’t the only one with that “problem”. Let’s say you have a form with multiple pages, each time you go to the next page of the form, it scrolls up to its anchor which can be quite annoying to the user. Sadly you cannot deactivate it or hardcode the deactivation (at least I couldn’t) but other form tools, bigger companies that I tried are much more expensive and have the same problems going on so FormNX is the best solution so far. **What problems is FormNX solving and how is that benefiting you?** FormNX is helping me stay GDPR compliant and gather informations from visitors of my webpages. I have an agency-plan-alike solution, so I can use it for client projects as well. It’s good that I can add several SMTPs and add workspaces as well to have everything in order. ### 6. UI is bad compare to competitors. Lack of support reply only after few weeks **What problems is FormNX solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was looking for a simple solution for prospects to fill out a form and I was looking for an alternative to Tallyform, the leader in the sector, but I really regret having chosen Formnx for all the reasons mentioned. It is a dead and abandoned application, just look at the Facebook group and the slow support responses with frequent bugs. ### 7. What a shame... Why did I change this rating? Simply because the file upload bug that I reported over a year ago still hasn't been fixed (Example: If you add an upload file field: You can choose the number of items to send and the maximum size. Please note that regardless of the size you choose, you will not be able to receive files larger than 20MB. The user is not even notified of this restriction when submitting their form, and the form will NEVER be received). I recently asked via chat if this would ever be fixed, but I did not receive a response. Furthermore, it is still not possible to add your domain name to form URLs... This is also a request that has been made by many customers, and was even announced during the AppSumo campaign. It is truly unfortunate that I have to change my rating and find alternatives to FormNX because of this bug, which does not seem to be taken seriously by the teams. **What do you dislike about FormNX?** The improvements remain the same, so all that needs to be done is to fix the bugs reported by customers. FormNX has everything I am needing in a form builder, including answer rankings and analytics, and the conditional logic for form answers is easy to use once you get the hang of it. Every intergration I can think for is available for your finished form and to date I've had no issues implementing the forms. I contact the customer support a couple of times with a more complicated usage of the conditional fields than explained in the video tutorial. With their quick and very helpful replies I was unable to setup a solution that worked for my requirements. **What do you dislike about FormNX?** The user interface needs some polishing it feels a little dated. There are a ton of features and the form layouts it generates are attractive. There is a feature-rich free version but the paid versions are also very reasonably priced. Best of all - the customer support is outstanding! I had a few minor issues with my form, and got a very quick response and resolution from their support team. The form can be implemented many different ways, including using an embed code to an existing site (e.g. Wordpress) or accessed directly via a link. I also like that the form submissions can be viewed a few different ways in the backend, including as a PDF, an exported Excel file, or a simple list. **What do you dislike about FormNX?** The email notifications take a bit of work to set up unless you include "all fields" and use the standard layout. It's also a little tricky to get form fields to appear side by side instead of one on top of another. **What problems is FormNX solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's provided a user-friendly way for our clients to share information with us in an organized way.
