Follow Up Ace Reviews & Product Details

Ace is the AI that works your Follow Up Boss with you — it tells every agent who to call next, drafts what to say, and gives team leads one screen to run the morning from. Ace lives where the work happens: an AI assistant embedded right in the FUB sidebar, a Companion that rides along contact to contact (and lives on your phone's home screen), and an admin Command Center and Team Playbook for team leads. Drafts land as a note and task on the contact — you review, you send. Nothing goes to a client without an agent's approval. Ace Trove, the account-wide intelligence layer, scores your entire database nightly using ML models and 30+ third-party data sources — surfacing likely sellers already sitting in your CRM, flagging deals going quiet, and writing Win Scores straight into FUB fields. Every agent on your FUB account gets Ace free, automatically — no credit card, no per-message tax. Upgrade the seats you choose, or let agents upgrade themselves. Pro seats add voice mode and Ace Anywhere: your whole book of business inside ChatGPT and Claude.
