"Estimator-Friendly AI That Makes Collaboration Easy"

Feels like it was built by someone who actually does pre-con"

Best part? Most construction software feels like it was built by people who've never been on a jobsite. This one actually makes sense to an estimator. Also, love the ability to be able to share chats with the team, we can collaborate easier than with other AI tools. We were looking how to integrate AI into our processes, Folio is our answer. "Folio Saves Days on Repeating Unit Scopes and Speeds Up Sub Pricing"

What do you like best about Folio?

Best part? We do a lot of hotel and multi-family. Repeating unit types are a pain manually. With Folio you ask once, apply across 200 rooms. That used to eat days. Their scope breakdown function is huge for our subs, they can price very quick now with the scope very well defined. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Folio?
