"Simple and Effective Communication Tool for Team Collaboration"
4/5
What do you like best about Flock?

The main thing I like is the UI/UX design, especially how simple it is to work with during team collaboration. My team used it while working on my fatigue monitoring project, and it made communication a lot easier overall. The small features also make it easier to track work and stay organized. In my experience, it works best for small to medium team sizes. It makes easy integrations with the team and overall increases the performance of the work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flock?

One thing I dislike about flock is some pricing plans which limit the grow of team when compared to another platform it is providing less features at same cost.

Even I also noticed during our project work some issues were not resolved quickly by the support team. Faster and efficient responses will improve the overall experience.

Also some more additional features in same price can really improve and make the platform more efficient.

"User-Friendly and Cost-Effective Communication, Needs More Integration"
4/5
What do you like best about Flock?

I find Flock really amazing so far. The best part is it's user-friendly like WhatsApp and Slack, which makes it easy to call any Flock user and create different channels for specific groups like Engineering and Products. I can set up custom reminders for messages when I'm waiting for a reply and have internal notes visible only to me. The integration with JIRA is also great, allowing me to track status directly from Flock without visiting JIRA separately. Plus, Flock is cost-effective with good customer service; the team is responsive and ready to make changes. The initial setup was easy, taking less than a week. What do you dislike about Flock?

We feel it should allow more and more product integration or allow the APIs. For example, we cannot integrate our CRM tool with Flock as of now as it does not have API that supports. It also does not fully support AI Integration like Claude which we think it should have. Things like, AI integration, need more tool integration, need to have workflow setup as we are planning to bring our customers on Flock in the future for communication. But very limited options we have. 8 for now as it lacks some automation and workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Straightforward, Effective All-in-One Communication for Cross-Team Collaboration"
4/5
What do you like best about Flock?

The best thing about this Flock platform is its very straightforward and very effective in terms of cross-team communication tools, which combines messaging, video calls and productivity modules and features all in one place. Their platform is very simple, where our team's adaptability was very quick and made easy. This platform features like multi-channel management, direct messaging, and its integrated to-do list and built-in reminders make it more effective in organising our day-to-day work very efficiently. What do you dislike about Flock?

When compared to the other similar platforms, this platform ecosystem and its integrations are a bit limited. Their interface is simple but also feels outdated. Their notification management should also be fine-tuned specifically to handle high-volume messages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Perfect for centralizing dev workflows and project documentation"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Flock?

I really appreciate how Flock integrates lightweight productivity tools directly into the chat interface. Unlike other platforms where you need a separate app for everything, the built-in To-Dos and Polls make it easy to move from a discussion to an actionable task without leaving the channel. This helps cut down on the “context-switching” fatigue that often comes with managing complex infrastructure projects, and it keeps conversations and follow-ups in one place. What do you dislike about Flock?

The global search functionality can sometimes be a bit finicky when you're looking for a specific snippet of code or a file from several months ago. It works well for recent conversations, but when the message history gets deep, the filtering options could be more robust to help narrow down technical discussions more quickly. "A Reliable and Organized Communication Platform for Freelance Collaboration"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Flock?

As a freelance developer and reviewer, I appreciate how Flock keeps my communication, project discussions, and file sharing in one structured workspace. The interface is very clean, lightweight, and intuitive. Channels make it easy to organize different projects, while message threads keep conversations focused and easy to track. I also like that files, notes, and links are stored neatly within each channel, so I can quickly revisit shared resources without scrolling endlessly. The desktop and mobile sync is seamless, and I never miss client updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flock?

The only issue I face is during video calls on weaker internet connections—sometimes there’s a short lag or delay in screen sharing. The mobile version also feels slightly slower when switching between large project channels. Notifications can occasionally be delayed on the mobile app, but overall these are minor issues that don’t affect the main communication workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Communication with Basic Integrations"
3/5
What do you like best about Flock?

I like how messaging in Flock is integrated with other tools like polls, reminders, and to-dos. It helps us because we do not have to use separate apps or other means to have a poll or to set up a reminder; it's all right there in Flock. Deployment was fast and straightforward, which was great because users could join with their work emails, and onboarding took just a few minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flock?

I find the deeper third-party integration and automation lacking. Flock covers the essentials, but some integrations feel basic compared to what others offer. I would like more advanced automation and stronger integrations for teams that use a lot more external tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Remote Communication, But Outdated"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Flock?

I liked how Flock allowed my team to communicate with one another while working remotely, making it possible to reach people quickly without having to email or call them. The initial setup was really straightforward, just downloading it on the computer was enough. Pricing was also a factor that attracted us to switch from Slack to Flock initially. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flock?

Flock was discontinued due to newer platforms being available, so it would have been nice for it to have kept going. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All My Data in One Place with Helpful AI Tools"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Flock?

I love how it keeps all my data in one place. The AI feature provides useful tools when needed. It was very easy to learn to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flock?

Nothing, it has been extremely useful. The pricing is a little high but being as helpful as it is it is worth it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Team Communication Made Simple"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Flock?

I like how Flock simplifies and organizes team communication. The clean interface, structured channels, and quick direct messaging keep our conversations focused. I appreciate the easy file sharing and useful integrations that make collaboration efficient without feeling overwhelming. Flock centralizes everything, allowing quick searches and easy access to files. The built-in tools like reminders and to-dos help me stay on top of tasks without switching between multiple apps, improving my productivity and communication. The initial setup was easy, and most of my team was able to get started without much training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flock?

One area where Flock could improve is performance during high activity, as it can occasionally feel a bit slow when many messages or files are being shared at once. I also think the integration ecosystem could be expanded further to support more third-party tools, and the mobile experience could be made more consistent with the desktop version for smoother on-the-go communication.
