FleetDesk Car Rental Reviews & Product Details

FleetDesk Car Rental is Windows-based fleet management software for car rental, leasing, and chauffeur services. Operating offline-first, it stores data locally and tracks vehicle details, odometer readings, and documentation, with alerts for registration and insurance renewals. It manages customer accounts, driver rosters, and blacklisting, while reservation tools prevent double-booking with date validation and availability checks. Rental agreements support short-term rentals and chauffeur services, with configurable rates and options for driver fees, deposits, and extras. Interactive diagrams document vehicle damage, and returns calculate charges for rentals, extras, late fees, and mileage. Long-term leases include payment schedules and recurring invoices. Financial tools feature double-entry accounting, depreciation tracking, and invoicing with multiple payment methods. Reporting covers revenue, fleet status, receivables, and vehicle profitability.
