FitPros.io is a coaching platform built for personal trainers and online coaches to design programs, manage clients, and deliver training through a clean, easy-to-use system. It provides all essential coaching tools, clients, workouts, programs, habits, forms, progress tracking, and a client app, fully unlocked and free to use. The platform started as a community-led project built by a personal trainer to solve real problems faced by coaches using spreadsheets, generic software, or overly complex fitness platforms. Development is driven by direct feedback from active coaches, with a focus on simplicity, speed, and practical workflows. FitPros follows a “free essentials, optional upgrades” model. Core coaching features will always remain free, while optional Pro Tools and Custom Branding add advanced automation, engagement, analytics, and professional branding for coaches who want to systemise and scale their businesses. FitPros is self-funded and independently built, allowing it to stay transparent, affordable, and aligned with the needs of fitness professionals rather than enterprise sales requirements.
