## About Fitnexa
Fitnexa is gym and fitness center management software built for India. It runs memberships, attendance, billing and reporting for a single studio or a multi-branch chain from one system. Member records run from the first enquiry through joining, freezes, renewals and expiry alerts, with bulk import of an existing list. Billing produces GST-compliant invoices with automatic CGST, SGST and IGST splits, sequential numbering and month-end exports for the accountant. Attendance is captured by Face ID on a front-desk device or by QR check-in from the member app — the kiosk runs on off-the-shelf Android tablets, iPads or a reception PC browser, so no proprietary hardware is required. Class schedules, trainer rosters and personal training packages sit alongside, and owners see revenue, retention and footfall across every branch on one dashboard. Members, trainers, staff and admins share a single mobile app. Fitnexa is used by gyms, yoga and pilates studios, CrossFit boxes, martial arts and dance academies, personal training studios, swimming pools, sports coaching academies, physiotherapy and rehab clinics, spas, saunas and steam rooms, nutrition practices and kids fitness programmes. Plans start at ₹999 per month plus GST, every plan includes every feature, and the 14-day free trial needs no credit card.
