The platform aimed to streamline the collection, analysis, and reporting of ESG metrics, enabling organizations to meet regulatory requirements and enhance sustainability practices efficiently. Key Features and Functionality: - CSRD Compliance: Provided a comprehensive suite for the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), facilitating double materiality assessments, European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) data collection, audit readiness, and multi-format reporting. - EU Taxonomy Alignment: Offered tools to calculate EU Taxonomy eligibility and alignment through a digitalized process, covering activities and objectives, financial data, technical screening, and reporting. - Carbon Accounting: Assisted in accounting for Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions across Scope 1, 2, and 3, compatible with the GHG Protocol, open-source, and audit-ready. - AI Assistant: Integrated an AI assistant to support document analysis, data extraction, data collection suggestions, and narrative disclosures assistance throughout the ESG reporting journey. Primary Value and User Solutions: FINGREEN AI addressed the complexities of ESG data management by automating manual tasks, thereby reducing time and costs associated with compliance and reporting. The platform's transparency and traceability features aimed to combat greenwashing and black-box methodologies, fostering trust in ESG reporting. By providing an open-sourced methodology and aligning with authoritative ESG frameworks, FINGREEN AI enabled companies to measure and reduce their ESG impact effectively. Please note that as of November 2025, FINGREEN AI ceased operations due to changes in EU sustainability reporting regulations, which significantly reduced the market for their services.
