LaserPro is providing a system to input commercial loan applications and with the ease of importing to Compliance reporter, it makes obtaining the data for HMDA scrubbing smooth. LaserPro is good for keying apps and has the ability to communitcate with the Compliance Reporter which is required to pull HMDA data for scrubbing and submission. The entire interface is not user friendly, is confusing to learn and complete, and has poorly planted updates that almost never address the concerns we've submitted to them for review.
