SchoolAdmin is a great product for Admissions and Enrollment. They also have tuition payment capabilities. It is not an all-in-one in that there are not features like grading and fundraising at this time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Finalsite Enrollment solving and how is that benefiting you?

SchoolAdmin allows us to keep students organized and track data from the point of inquiry forward. Registration had previously been carried out on paper and making appointments with families. What do you like best about Finalsite Enrollment?

For our school, the ability to run reports and having a dashboard at your fingertips has been the most impactful. When information requests come our way, we are easily able to share out on data. When we are stuck, the online chat is very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Finalsite Enrollment?

The only experience that was a challenge for us was the implementation of Enrollment Management. Once we got past the bumps, it has been smooth sailing since. There was turnover within the implementation department, and once that sorted out we felt very well supported. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Finalsite Enrollment:

Really ask questions during the implementation process and make sure that you review your process with that team. Ask for best practice ideas. It takes time to set it up well, so don't waste time with your implementation team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

SchoolAdmin is extremely user-friendly for applicant families and school administrators. The review module completely changed our applicant review process. School Admin doesn't have its own payment processor or allow payment processors such as Pay Pal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Finalsite Enrollment solving and how is that benefiting you?

The payment processor problem has been discussed with SchoolAdmin but there isn't a plan to integrate additional payment processor options such as Pay Pal in the near future. With a small school of 115 students, we need to cut our costs and our current processor of Authorize.net is one of them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
